Enjoy the convenience of private beach access leading you to paradise. No traffic on this safe, quiet, dead end street. Completely remodeled and renovated both inside and out. This beautiful, single family home features three bedrooms, two full baths, a remodeled kitchen, large open living area, huge dining table that fits 10, and a large screened in porch with incredible ocean views.

Bedroom #1, the master bedroom, features one king sized bed and a master bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Bedroom #2 features two double beds and bedroom #3 features two twin beds. The hallway bathroom separates these two bedrooms and contains a shower/tub combination.

When you’re not at the beach or scanning the ocean for dolphins from the front porch, the newly remodeled open concept kitchen and living room area is an ideal spot for spending time together. From Cambria counters, to stainless steel appliances, to having all the necessities you need to feel at home, this space caters to those who want an action-packed vacation or a quiet getaway. Nothing beats a beach vacation.

Wonderful Stay!

House was in a great location and as described in the listing. Appreciated having plenty of towels and spacious living/dining area. Beach was close and easily accessible. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect Beach Location

This property was lovely--exactly as described. The location cannot be beat--30 second stroll to the beach--and we really appreciated the beach chairs, boogie boards, etc.The beds and sitting areas were very comfortable!

Good place, could be great with a couple things!

Nice place! Location: House resides one road over from the main road which is nice since there is little to no road noise. One lot over from direct beach access but since the lot between the rental and the beach is empty you get a great view of the ocean. The lot is two spaces from an RV Campground so keep that in mind as there is a large volume of people staying there. They were never noisy, but it is a consideration. Comings/Goings: House has two entries. Both ways are stable but note that the stairs are on the steeper side, a consideration for those who have difficultly using the stairs. Door to the front is quite sticky, owner could tweak the strike plate so it isn't so difficult to open, as of now you have to pull away from the handle side to get it to open. Interior: Pretty clean overall. Beds were good. There were only 3 lamps for the entire 3 bedrooms +living room. Easy to add a couple more. Living room furniture didn't seem to fit, very small for the room size. Sectional would work better, and a larger tv if ever looking for something to fit better. Bathrooms were fairly updated and clean, everything functioned well, hot water heater kept up with 4 people. Kitchen/Applicances/Linens: Washer/dryer worked well for us. Towels were fairly fresh and stain free. Refrigerator kept the temp low, but it does rattle a lot. Dishwasher needs the door fixed, has no spring tension when opening. Beach access needs another step or two, drop is really high from erosion.

Best place we’ve stayed all summer!

We had a wonderful time. The property was in excellent condition, incredibly well-kept, exceptionally clean and there were personal touches that made it feel more comfortable and welcoming than ANY other place we’ve stayed this summer (this is our 4th trip to the beach this summer!). We thoroughly enjoyed our time and hope to visit again. ❤️

Clean home and great location!

Very convenient location! The house was very clean and well stocked in the kitchen. Could use a knife block for the ones who enjoy cooking. Ample beach chairs available and a couple boogie boards. We had two toddlers and it was great to be able to easily access the beach and back to the house in the afternoon for food and a rest! We will definitely be back!
