The property is very clean and inside was very nice. Close walking distance from the beach. The property is dog friendly which is the main reason I picked this location. The only concern is the yard had many smal cactus in the ground.

The house is updated and comfortable. You can see the ocean from the back deck and the sound from the front. It’s a short walk to the beach access. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need to feed a large group. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are updated and clean. It is also a short walk to a park with swings and a marsh boardwalk. We had a toddler with us and the wagon and beach toys were a hit. The dining table could use two more chairs. Overall it is a great place to stay.

Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, spacious and perfect for our whole family including our three adult children and 8-year-old granddaughter. The beds were very comfortable and the well-stocked kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Everyone enjoyed the ping pong table, and the selection of games was a nice bonus for family time. The location was excellent. An easy walk to the beach and close to great restaurants, the aquarium, and the boat ride we had planned. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making everything easy from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly place in a great location!

Wonderful stay

The house was great plenty of room, clean, well stocked. Location to the beach was perfect, an easy walk made even easier by the wagons and chairs provided for use. Would def look to stay at Land n Sea again if we come back to Topsail.

Clean and Spacious!

The house was clean and spacious. We have stayed in other properties (Oak Island) that need some cleaning and definitely a upgrade both in the interior and exterior... The ping pong table in the garage was a plus. The weather was great!

The most amazing stay!

We had the most amazing stay in this home. We were able to comfortably fit our family of 8 and a corgi while making memories that we will cherish forever. The Short walk to the beach was amazing and being able to see the view from the deck while drinking our morning coffee. A short trip to the shops and food where we had our favorite Daddy Macs and finishing off our evenings playing ping pong in the garage. This was such a wonderful stay in an amazing home!

Perfect description of the property. This location was a perfect 15 min walk for coffee and the pier. Beautifully decorated and above average in cleanliness. Only considerate would be that there are a lot of steps - and over 55 group loved it. Don’t pass on this one.

A Perfect Choice

You can't go wrong with Land N Sea! It is an open living area well supplied and cleaned, and only a short stroll to the beach. Both Inlet Shores and the owners were very accessible to handle any issues as well.

Great Stay & Clean House

We had such a wonderful weekend away! The home was great. Clean, ready to go for 2 families with 4 adults and 6kids. Every room had a private bathroom, every back entrance had spot to rinse sandy feet and the layout was great. Short and easy walk to the beach! We brought beach toys but really didn’t need to. There were plenty on site! Enjoyed the ease of our stay.

Wonderful Stay!

We had an amazing time and truly appreciated all the thoughtful touches and amenities that made our visit so comfortable and enjoyable. The walk ability to the beach was a particular highlight with everything a family would need to spend the day, and we loved exploring the small town area, especially Shaka Tacos. The hospitality did not go unnoticed from clean packaged linens for each guest to the inviting space with a great layout. We felt very welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. We hope to return in the future and will definitely recommend this place to friends and family. Thanks again for everything!
