In addition, this location makes it perfect for alpine adventures, wildlife viewing, golfing, white water rafting, fly fishing, exploring Yellowstone National Park, and more Montana escapades. Located 10-minute drive or 18-minute shuttle ride (Skyline Bus stop is located .1 miles away) up to Big Sky Resort for the biggest skiing in America. We were visiting our son who was working in Big Sky for the summer. The location and setup was perfect! We loved our stay and look forward to coming back again.
Checking in and out was easy, location centrally located, and suited my needs just fine. Stayed with 30-something nephew who had entire "back side" of the unit to himself.
Modern and clean two bedroom condo located center of town. Easy access to restaurants and shopping. Short, walking distance to see our Big Sky event. Ample parking.
The condo was bigger than I expected. Parking lot parking but that wasn't a problem and was really easy. Couldn't beat the location for walking to restaurants and shops in town. We'd definitely stay again.
Nice place and convenient to shops and restaurants. Make note that you should get reservations for restaurants at least 3 weeks in advance. Luckily we made reservations about 4 days in advance and barely made it in to the places that we want, but not the desired times. The bus stop is a short walk away to get up to the mountain.
We enjoyed our stay in Big Sky. The location to the ski resort was perfect, the convenience of being walking distance to restaurants and shops was enjoyable and the management was very attentive if anything was needed. The condo had everything we could have needed and we cooked in most meals. The necessities such as dish soap, shampoo, etc. were top notch as well. We would definitely stay here again. Our only wish was access to a hot tub and grill but this property doesn't really have an option for this which worked out just fine.
The condo was very comfortable, big, bright, and clean. Parking was easy. Being in the town center, while not offering ski on ski off, offered amenities for non skiing hours and non skiing members. Several restaurants and shops (including a real grocery) were all within walking distance. The beautiful community center with brand new gym was out the back door. There is a 10 minute shuttle bus ride to the base.
Overall, the pictures do not do this unit justice. It is bigger than it looks and I have never seen so much closet space in a condo. That said, the management of the unit was not great. There were multiple small issues, such as all of the towels being left damp in the dryer and the kitchen was one of the most sparsely equipped I have ever seen. For a unit that sleeps 6, there were not enough drinking glasses, wine glasses, or plates for that many people. While these issues were taken care of, they are issues that we should not have had to deal with at all.
