This spacious 3BR/3.5BA townhome presents a luxe interior spanning 1,883 square feet that is within a 10-minute stroll of the beach.
INSIDE THE TOWNHOUSE
Upstairs, the main living area features gorgeous hardwood flooring. The living area is furnished with leather seating for five and a 40” flat-screen TV.
In the kitchen, classic cabinetry and granite countertops gleam. Stainless steel appliances, including a gas stove/oven and dishwasher, serve your every culinary need, along with plenty of countertop equipment. Enjoy meals at the six-seat dining table, or gather around the breakfast countertop with seating for four.
Throw open the doors to the patio and enjoy crisp breezes; there’s a second patio on the other side, too.
Up another flight of stairs, you’ll find 2 master suites. The first master bedroom is on the left, with a king-size bed, desk, and TV. There’s an en-suite bathroom with a granite double vanity, walk-in shower, and jetted tub.
In the second bedroom, a queen-size bed and TV. There’s an en-suite bathroom with a granite vanity and tub/shower combo.
The third bedroom is on the lower level and furnished with two twin-over-full bunk beds and a 40” flat-screen, perfect for the kids.

Parking is available for two vehicles in the garage. A washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi are provided.
LOCATION
Located on nearest canal to Packery Channel and located on Lake Padre. Townhome is part of gated community. Complex has community swimming pool and two common boat slips provided free. Along with two decks with sun loungers and two outdoor cabana kitchens/grill areas. Fish from piers at the property marina area or sit back and watch sea turtles that feed on the moss that grows on the rocks at Packery Channel (you don’t need a boat to enjoy). Also located within a 10-minute stroll of the beach, you can make the most of the Texas sunshine in a casual environment.
North Padre Island has a plethora of water sports to choose from, from windsurfing to yachting, so if being on the water is your idea of bliss, you’ll have plenty of options. Drive 15 minutes to Wind & Wave to rent a kayak and paddle out. Golf carts are available for rent on the island for getting around.
