Close to everything!! Walking distance to the Plaza and Westport. Uber is always a great resource for transportation and you can get to most places in Kansas City within 20 minutes from this location. The property is also only 10 minutes away from Union Station where you can catch the KC Streetcar for FREE coming October of 2025.

The Den is a lovely home. We enjoyed our stay and communication was excellent. Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room to spread out. The location is within walking distance to several things. We didn't have an issue, but the tub/shower would be hard to get in and out of for an older individual. We would definitely stay here again when we visit KC.
We came to town for the TSWIFT Concert and made a long weekend of it. This was a great location because you could walk right down the road to breakfast, bars, lunch, liquor stores, coffee shops etc.
I live in the West Plaza neighborhood & will definitely have my family or friends stay here next time we gather here in Kansas City! I love the location and ability to walk to lots of good food & shopping on 39th. It is the perfect central location to visit midtown KC & beyond!

My mom and I stayed here while my sister was in the hospital at KU Med. The 3 minute drive to the hospital made this possible for us to support my sister while staying in a very homey place. This is one of the best stocked VRBO rentals I have ever stayed in.
I reserved this VRBO for a bachelorette party, and we had a great time! It was the perfect size for us, close to everything we wanted to do, and it was super affordable. It was clean and looked exactly like the photos. Whoever decorated did a great job! If I need to stay in KC again, I'd definitely rebook with this space.
The house is well done with comfortable beds and furnishings. Overall the house was clean with everything we needed. It is an older, squeaky home that has a few some issues such as doors that don’t quite close and uneven floors.
