Great Access to Beach, Groceries, and Shops

The location and cleanliness of the property, spaciousness inside, fully supplied kitchen with pot, pans, etc., 5 bathrooms, and king size beds in each room helped to make our stay most enjoyable. Our family, which comprised of 16 people, were very comfortable and never felt crowded. We would undoubtedly rent this property again.!! The pool table and game room were an added bonus!!

The place was clean but a few problems. First bedroom on right when entering, the middle dresser drawer would not open. All bedrooms were extremely uncomfortable! Beds were hard as a rock. Also the bathroom in the room mentioned above the commode seat needs to be changed. Looks terrible.

Excellent property!

We made a quick weekend trip to the beach for Christmas shows in December. We had grandparents and teenagers with us. The second level was perfect for the teenagers. They loved the pool table and the arcade game. We will visit this property again in the future.

Family Christmas at Myrtle Beach

Good stay. The house was as described. Great location and convenient to everything. Only complaint about the house they could provide a few more towels for the bathrooms vand the mattresses need to be replaced - very hard and not very comfortable.

Thank you for the feedback Thomas. Pier Watch Villa I Unit 307 is in a great location convenient to everything with a walk onto the beach and a walk to the Cherry Grove Pier next door. We apologize that you could have used more towels. Next time, you can request these and we'll deliver fresh ones although it is typical to launder the ones that Housekeeping place there before your arrival. Mattress comfort levels are based on personal preferences but if we find a common complaint or pattern that suggests a replacement is needed, we'll advise the owner. Wonderful Stay

We all enjoyed our stay the rooms were clean and looked just like the pictures online. The location is great easy to get to the stores and boardwalk. We really enjoyed having a hot tub and pool and maintenance was excellent also I can’t forget Julie for her excellent service she made finding the place and checking in so easy the service was great . We would recommend and come back again.

Family Vacation 2024

This was our first family vacation in 9 years. Everyone had a great time and our kids told us before the week was out that they wanted to come back to North Myrtle Beach and stay in the same place - we all loved it that much! Being able to have the pool and beach nearby was absolutely perfect! We all can't wait for next year!
