Double glass doors lead into this stylish lake cottage with charm and ambience in Lake Carolina/located in Columbia,S.C. A romantic getaway with lots of privacy. Private parking and a short walk to the lake makes this the perfect honeymoon getaway. Enjoy taking the kayaks out and relaxing in the summer sun. Afterwards, ride bikes or walk to the town center to enjoy a nice dinner and visit our neighborhood wine bar. A plush King size bed with fine linen to relax and end an amazing fun day......

Peaceful Weekend Retreat

This is a wonderful one bedroom suite in a resort style neighborhood. Extremely quiet & peaceful. We enjoyed our long 4th of July weekend!

Most beautiful getaway

This was one of the easiest, comfiest and most relaxing stays. We had everything we needed and more. It is one of the cutest spaces and the owner was so kind and helpful.

Great stay! the cottage is absolutely a dream. Everything in this Lake Carolina cottage was convenient to all shopping and restaurants . Neighborhood was quiet, and charming. We would recommend to anyone traveling to this area.

Quiet, safe neighborhood.

This was a great property! High end finishes, all needed amenities. Vicki was a great host……quick response to inquiries. The neighborhood was lovely……great walking on streets, paved pathway (several miles long) and a nice nature trail. A couple of good local restaurants (10 min walk) and relatively easy access (5 minutes or so by car) to grocery shopping. We are golfers and found two public courses nearby to try…….we enjoyed both. We would not hesitate to book with Vicki again if we are back in the area.

Quiet escape

It was a nice weekend away very quiet and cozy. The pictures online wasn’t exactly how it looks. The outside space was not private and all who stay at the other cottages can access it at the same time as you. We also was upstairs and there was no lake view from the property but the lake was in close distance. Overall still a pleasant stay.

Thank you for your stay Tynia. The covered porch with a fireplace was made for the three cottages but rarely has people enjoying it. It is very cozy and private. The view of lake is visible from your living room and bedroom. We hope you will come again and maybe choose the "Crepe Myrtle cottage" or the "Summer Kitchen Cottage". They both have private large porches only for that cottage.

The host was very responsive. We had a large vehicle and host changed her regular parking spot to accommodate us. It was convenient to where we needed to be. The garbage disposal and dishwasher did not work. The sheets were stained and had to be changed out. The Wi-Fi quality was very poor so I was not able to use my laptop on a consistent basis. We would consider staying again.

The cottage was very clean, recently remodeled and spacious for a 1 bedroom studio. Bed was super comfortable. Owner was quick to respond and very nice. It is walkable to the lake but not to restaurants or stores. They are about 4 miles away so not bad. Cons - It needs to be more clear that it is a 2nd story so you will carry everything upstairs. Parking is super tight, small space. Also, the original address doesn't come up on GPS so you have to get the front street address and then go around back. It was confusing at first but contacting the owner for better directions helped us find it.

This cottage at the lake is so beautiful, clean and comfortable. It is furnished with nice new modern design, always keeping your comfort in mind.There are amazing windows with lots of natural light. The kitchen has everything you may need to make you feel at home. The bedroom has resort linens and bedding. Guaranteed good night sleep on this king size bed.The bathroom is large and has all modern finishes.Two car private parking just right outside your door.

Close to Downtown and still private. Great walking neighborhood with Lake Carolina a block away. Enjoy biking and kayaking included with your stay at no addition cast.The town center is open 7 days. The farmers market is from 3-7 every Thursday. We have restaurants, nail salon, pet grooming, wine bar, coffee shop and much more.
