Really wonderful MCM home in beaverton. Covered parking, warm inviting dining room and living room with a great updated kitchen. Comfortable bedrooms at the back of the home abutting the yard which is fenced and great for dogs. We spent a week here and really enjoyed it!
Convenient location, the home is generally well-kept, and well-stocked.The low marks were for dirty floors that left our socks black after walking around the house for 15 minutes, uncomfortable sofas that weren't great for relaxing at the end of the day, and for the overall price. The market is the market, but over 500 for one night was a tough pill to swallow considering that the home is fairly basic.
Perfect location in downtown Beaverton. You can walk everywhere from this house. Yard was nice, the house was comfortable, especially the bed. I didn't cook while there but the kitchen seemed well stocked. I would stay here again for sure.
The house was perfect for our stay in Portland. The location was great! Close to downtown Beaverton - cute shops, coffee cafes, restaurants and bars. We hope to return. Thanks!
We stayed here for 3 nights while visiting family. The house was very clean and the decor was stylish and comfortable. We prepared quite a bit of food in the kitchen which was well supplied. The fenced in back yard was perfect for our pup and the extra amenities of dog blankets and towels were appreciated. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
I cook so I was disappointed with the selection of pots I found. I only saw two small teflon coated pots with no lids and a teflon coated 8 or 10 inch frying pan. There was also a stainless steel large stew pot with a lid that was too big. Otherwise the stay was good.
We were in town for the Portland Marathon, and it ended up being nice to stay a few minutes away from the city. This property had everything we needed, and the yard is really lovely. Peaceful neighborhood, very functional kitchen, comfortable beds, convenient parking. We love traveling with our dogs, and always appreciate properties that support that.

So happy you enjoyed your stay and were able to bring your dogs!
On the day of our arrival the host provided the address and keypad code for entry into the house. The rooms were good size but the beds weren’t too comfy and squeaked some. The linens were somewhat stained which caused pause. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Thanks for sharing your experience! I'm glad you enjoyed your stay overall. I'll make a note about the beds and linens to ensure a more comfortable experience for future guests. If you ever decide to stay with us again, we'll strive to make it even better!
The house is a cozy older home in good condition. The photos of the inside are fairly accurate, but the outdoor area and gate needs a bit of sprucing up. The kitchen was cute and clean, but some little things could use work (barely acceptable toilet paper, lower quality paper towels, etc). There were some ants in the bathroom, but that should be fixable. There were some thoughtful snacks left for guests and the location is quiet and convenient for this area. Great natural light.
My wife and I stayed here in mid-November for a week. The house worked out great for us and our dog. The house has a nice layout. The living room, dining area and kitchen are all connected, making it easy to cook and carry on conversations at the same time. The kitchen was well stocked. The bbq worked great, but it was a little too cold for us to enjoy the nice table and chairs on the back patio. The host was easy to contact and the check-in / check-out was smooth. We will look to stay here again when our travels bring us back to the Beaverton area.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us! I'm delighted to hear that you and your wife enjoyed the layout of the house and found the kitchen well-stocked. It's great that the BBQ worked well, even if the weather didn't allow for patio enjoyment. Whenever your travels bring you back to the Beaverton area, we'd be more than happy to host you again!
Disappointed that there was no central Airconditioning. They did however have portable room air conditioners, but I should not waste my vacation time setting them up.I wanted to bake something in the kitchen oven and as it was heating up to 375 degrees there was a toxic fuming smell coming out of the oven. I shut off the oven and opened the windows and door to clear the smoke. The cleaning crew might have used an "Oven Off" type cleaner and did not rinse the inside of the oven well. This house uses a 5 gallon plastic kitchen garbage can with a 13 gallon white plastic bag. They should buy a 13 gallon kitchen garbage can. It's cumbersome putting trash in such a small containerThe left bedroom in the back, has either a mattress or the frame that makes a non stop squeaking noise. Also the bedroom on the right back of the house, has a wooden bedframe corners that comes to a sharp point and my son jabbed his leg on this pointy frame as he walked past it.Otherwise a nice cute place to stay while visiting Beaverton Oregon.

We watched the housecleaner dilly dally while waiting to check in (after the allotted time). I couldn't figure out the unique lock situation. Luckily finally figured that out because property manager was slow to respond. Pets are not allowed on the furniture but the throw pillows hid stains on the couch. The trash was overflowing and additional trash was bagged the back yard. I appreciate that the nicest places are not pet friendly but it felt like the pictures are of a shinier version than what we got. I asked for a late checkout and got no response. The house handbook said they could not accommodate late check outs, and yet I was forced to accommodate and late check in?

I'm afraid we did not enjoy our stay. The house is listed as being air conditioned. It was 90 degrees when we arrived in Beaverton - the inside was 80 degrees. The only air conditioning available was two large LOUD through-the-window units in the master bedroom and the dining room, and a noisy fan in the two other bedrooms. We contacted the owner asking about the AC and were told that was it. You cannot check-in till 4pm so it seems someone came over around 2pm and started the units and fan. It NEVER cooled down enough to sleep and the fan was VERY LOUD also preventing sleep. While the neighborhood seems safe and we were able to lock the front door and kitchen door, we never felt secure due to the in-window units which meant two windows were NOT locked while we slept or when we left.
The decor is cute, the sofas are comfy and the TV is very nice. However, it did not meet my expectations for an air conditioned rental.
