Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt ruhig am Fuße des Riedlbergs. Die helle und moderne Wohnung mit ca. 73 qm ist für 2 bis 4 Personen geeignet. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind mit Doppelbetten (180 x 200 cm) ausgestattet. Im Wohnbereich finden Sie einen großen TV mit DVD/CD-Player und ein Radio. Der großzügige Wohn-Essbereich verfügt über eine Küche mit voller Ausstattung: Herd/Backofen, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Mixer, Eier- und Wasserkocher. Im Badezimmer befindet sich eine Regendusche, eine Badewanne, ein WC, ein Kosmetikspiegel und ein Föhn. Außerdem ist ein weiteres Duschbad mit WC vorhanden. Auf der großen Süd-Ost-Terrasse mit Markise und dem Balkon finden 4 Personen Platz. Ein Garten mit Liegewiese, Kinderspielplatz, Lagerfeuerplatz/Grill, Teich mit kleinem Bachlauf, sowie ein überdachter Pavillon gehören ebenfalls zur Ferienwohnung.
