Beautifully appointed cottage walking distance to town and biking distance to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Upper level has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Open kitchen and living room with wonderful light. Lower level, with its own private entrance, has a Queen bedroom, twin bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom, and living area. Although a single family, house feels like a two family. Large private backyard with BBQ. Plenty of parking
