(We have been renting our properties for over 20 years and take pride in how we leave the property for vacationers. We are constantly improving / maintaining our properties. We leave them immaculate -our past renters have stated "no other Hamptons home is as clean as yours". We always make ourselves available to help with any questions not only about the property -but also the best way for you to enjoy your time in the Hamptons.
*Please note -for stays that are 30 days or longer, there will be no tax charged, but you will be responsible for all utilities during the stay. For example July 2026, the rental rate is $55,000 plus utilities and any VRBO fees; August -thru Labor Day 2026 the rental rate is $65,000 + utilities and any VRBO fees)

Located in the heart of Water Mill, this 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home is centralized to Bridgehampton, Sag Harbor and Southampton. Surrounded by BIG BLUE SKIES and agricultural reserves, it features unobstructed, amazing sunrises and sunsets. Horses are your neighbors in the summer. Open floor plan features a large kitchen with granite counters, new stainless steel appliances, eat in kitchen and views of the heated gunite pool. Gas fireplace is on the 1st floor. Central air (new system 2023).
Kitchen table seats 6 and dining room table seats 10.
Guest bedroom (Queen bed) and full bathroom are on the 1st floor.

Second floor features the primary bedroom (King bed) with large office in a second private large room. Two separate walk in closets. French doors off of Primary bedroom leads to full balcony. Enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the horses! Gas fireplace in the primary bedroom.
Primary Bathroom was renovated in February 2024 -features large whirlpool tub, walk in shower and large vanity with double sinks. Many other upgrades done in March 2024!

Also on the second floor, is the laundry room and two additional bedrooms (Queen bed and two twin beds). These bedrooms share a bathroom shower/tub and toilet but have their owns sinks in the bedroom. Large walk in closets. Hardwood floors throughout -area rugs in each bedroom. Professionally cleaned each season.

Basement is partially finished for entertaining or exercising -treadmill, sleeper couch and tv area.

Attached garage can fit one vehicle. Extra sink and full refrigerator in garage. Outdoor gas grill, table seating for 6, couch seating for 6-8. ( Pool closed October thru May)

Basketball hoop in driveway that can be adjusted up or down.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Strip any used bed sheets and pillow cases and leave on the bed.
If time allows, start one load of used towels in the washing machine.
All trash is to be placed in bags and put in the large outside toter (large can on wheels) located in the driveway.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
This home is not a party or share home. Max. occupancy is 8 people. Owner will arrive on site to check in guests upon arrival.
Only 4 vehicles allowed in driveway.
Wood stove is not for use.

Stunning from the moment we walked in. The weekend was absolutely perfect. The host could not have been more accommodating and the property was absolutely gorgeous. This was our first trip out east and we could not have picked a better place to stay. We would recommend this property to anybody and we will definitely use it again.

We had a wonderful stay while in the Hamptons for a wedding. Our pup really enjoyed running around the fully fenced yard and the space exceeded our expectations, especially the very large primary bedroom with sunroom. The location was serene yet convenient and the setup is perfect for a family with kids and nanny or extra guests. Host Lara was incredibly responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent for weekend getaway

Very well kept property. Lara Brown was friendly and responsive and easy to deal with. Though a little late in the season for the pool she turned on pool heater for us and we got in some swimming fun on a late September sunny afternoon. I recommend this property without hesitation to any family.

Very lovely.

We had a great stay, the house was beautiful and comfortable, the scenery was amazing. We spent most of our time admiring the wildflowers beyond the pool and the beautiful horses. The pool was large and warm, it was perfect. We would definitely look to stay again.

Spectacular Hampton's Home

You will thoroughly enjoy your time at this wonderfully maintained home replete with all the amenities anyone could want during a summer get-away. The owner is a pleasure to work with and makes every effort to ensure that you will have a terrific vacation. My family and I have been renting this home for several years and look forward to doing so again this year. I highly recommend !

Best Vacation Ever!

We rented this house last May and could not have been happier. I couldn't wait to wake up every morning and sit on the porch, drink coffee and watch the horses. We are a family of 4 adults and 4 kids and can't wait to rent again this Spring. We have rented in the Hampton's for the last 4 years and this is the best house by far. The home is kept immaculate and well-maintained. It's centrally located between Southampton and Bridgehampton villages so it made shopping a breeze. There are also a few wineries within a 10 minute drive. If you love horse country then this house is for you!

Fantastic Rental

My wife, mother-in-law, and I rented this beautiful, spacious, and peaceful home from September 6, 2013 to January 6, 2014, as a transition home to New York. We had a chance to appreciate the home and its surrounding landscape from late summer (taking advantage of the pool, spacious deck, and barbecue), through fall (with spectacular drives through colorful woods to surrounding communities), and into the early winter (with snowfalls and cozy fires). The horses in the adjacent fields were mesmerizing and the sunsets were amazing. We accumulated many fond memories during our stay there, and hosted family gatherings over a few weekends. The first floor's bedroom and bath were particularly helpful for my elderly mother-in-law, and the master suite upstairs was a great space for my wife and I. The owners are very nice and accommodating, and go out of their way to help you appreciate all the property has to offer. We would highly recommend this home for a short or longer term rental.

Fantastic rental

We have rented this house for three years. It is fantastic. You are 3 min to coffee garage, 4 min to watermill, 8 min to the beach, 8 min to southampton, 8 min to bridgehampton and 10 min to sagharbour = great location. Pool, house and views - what else is there to ask for. We are a family of four, everything you need is here. Had we not bought our own house, we would continue to rent this house.

Exquisite get away

I live locally but rented this house for some relatives that were here visiting me from Spain. I stayed with them as they were only here for a long weekend and I didn't want to miss any time with time. The house was extremely beautiful and had plenty of room for all of us. We were able to enjoy the pool since it's heated and it was sunny and my relatives were in pure awe when they woke up to see deer walking around in the fields behind the house. Truly a spectacular place to relax and so close to Bridgehampton town among many things. Plus the owner was a delight to deal with, so accommodating and just simply nice. Thank you!

Great Place to Stay

The house and property is just perfect for a family with kids. We had a great time. Amenities are top-notch, location couldn't be better (particularly if you know the Hampton shortcuts-but you'll learn quickly), and you are nicely nestled in sprawling farmland. Pool and grounds immaculate. Highly recommended. We'd do it again.

A wonderful house in the hamptons with all the charm of the countryside.

We had the pleasure of staying at this east end gem for a few days. The house is larger than it looks and the sunsets are unbelievable. The beach and bay are just minutes away. We had fun cycling around the back roads. Restaurants and coffee shops are also minutes away. The Laundry restaurant is a really nice place to eat. We will definitely go back for at least a week next time. Gerry.

Fabulous!! 5 Star

My family and I had the pleasure of staying in this big, beautiful spacious house. It was above and beyond our expectations. It was very spacious, beautifully decorated and extremely clean. The location was great, a few minutes drive to the ocean and the bay. The sunsets were great and the views of the surrounding farmland was very pleasant. The pool and deck area was really nice and the large landscaped gardens were a bonus to the kids for running and playing games. We will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this property.
