About this property

Holiday apartment in a quiet location on the edge of town, Saarland Card host

The 115 m² apartment extends over two floors (1st floor + attic), is fully tiled, and equipped with underfloor heating. It features 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed (1x 160 cm, 1x 180 cm, and 1x 200 cm wide). The beds will be made upon your arrival. I’m also happy to provide a crib and a high chair upon request.

In the kitchen, in addition to the well-equipped fitted kitchen with refrigerator and freezer, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fully automatic coffee machine, kettle, and toaster, there is also a large dining table.

There are also 2 bathrooms — one with a bathtub and one with a shower. Hand and bath towels are provided in sufficient quantity.

In the living room, you’ll find comfortable seating, games and books, as well as a flat-screen TV and a radio with CD player.

Wi-Fi internet access is available.

The apartment includes a garden with seating and barbecue facilities, which is for your exclusive use. It is located a few meters from the apartment.

Parking is available directly at the house.

For 2 guests, one bedroom is available; for 3–4 guests, two bedrooms; and for 5 or more guests, all three bedrooms. If you prefer a different arrangement, I’ll be happy to make you a suitable offer.

Ruhige Lage

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm wer es ruhig liebt Frösche quarken und Pferde wiehern liebt ist hier genau richtig.Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und der Vater der Gastgeberin hat und gute Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben.Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Es war ein kurzer aber perfekter Aufenthalt, die Ferienwohnung hat alles was man braucht! Eine voll ausgestattete Küche und zwei super Bäder welche beide top modern sind.

Schöne Lage außerhalb liegend

Uns hat sehr gut gefallen. Vor der Anreise gab es genügend Informationen um entspannt anzukommen. Sehr gut ist die Lage wenn man Hunde hat. Direkt im Umland gibt es genügend Auslaufflächen. Die Wohnung war sauber , geräumig. Netter Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin war ebenfalls gegeben. Wir haben den Kurzurlaub genossen und können die Unterkunft Wärmsteins weiterempfehlen.

Geräumige Ferienwohnung in idyllischem Dorf

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der sehr sauberen, Kleinkind gerechten und sehr gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war in einem tollen Zustand, die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin freundlich und entgegen kommend und der kleine Ort entschleunigend. Der angrenzende Garten und die Pferdekoppel haben auch unseren zwei Kleinkindern sehr gefallen.

Blitzsaubere Unterkunft

Neue und liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Alles sehr sauber, so dass wir das Geschirr und Besteck sofort benutzt haben und nicht - wie in anderen Ferienwohnungen - erst mal selbst gespült haben. Die Saarland Card ist der Hammer: kostenloser Eintritt in ganz viele Museen und Freizeiteinrichtungen. Viele Besichtigungsmöglichkeiten in dieser Gegend. Restaurants in den Nachbardörfern waren auch okay.

Empfehlenswert

Sehr schöne und stimmig eingerichtete Wohnung, Räume großzügig geschnitten mit ausreichend Platz für Kinderbetten in 2 der 3 Zimmer. Der nahe gelegene Grillplatz ist sehr praktisch! Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war im Vorfeld und während des Aufenthaltes sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Eine schöne Ferienwohnung idyllisch gelegen. Die Ferienwohnung ist schön eingerichtet und der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war ganz unkompliziert und super freundlich. Gastfreundschaft wird hier wirklich ganz groß geschrieben. Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir sind sehr zufrieden. Wer Pferde, Ruhe, große helle Wohnung, Wandern, Shopping, leckeres Essen, Römer und die Nähe zu Frankreich mag, ist hier genau richtig aufgehoben.

Sehr schön

Sehr schön gelegen. Sitzplatz ist etwa 100 m vom Haus entfernt, kein Balkon. Nach einem 2 Stufen-Haus Eingang gehts dann aber in die obere Wohnung nochmals eine eher steile Trepp hoch mit etwa 18 Tritten. Gut dies vorher zu wissen, wenn man mit Hunden reist.

Holiday home with 2 bathrooms

I have given 4 stars for Genauigkeit des online Inserats because it was not clear from the online description that the rooms are on the first and second floors, and there is no direct access to the garden from the holuday house. Also 4 stars for Lage und Umgebung because of the church bells that pealed every quarter hour, but the house is well insulated against sound when the windows are shut. Otherwise, the holiday home is spacious with 2 bathrooms ( much appreciatedby all of us), very clean and well-equipped, with even an espresso machine. Plenty of crockery and cutlery, and use of a washing machine and dryer in a spacious laundry room. Located in a quiet rural area (except for the church bells) and within easy reach of Saarbrücken.

Neuwertige, geräumige Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem kleinen Ort mit viel Wandermöglichkeiten und in herrlicher Landschaft. Sie ist sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet, mit 2 modernen Bädern, die jedoch keine Ablageflächen bieten. Insbesondere in der Dusche ist dies sehr unpraktisch. Alle Böden sind gefliest und daher gut sauber zu halten. Auch die Küche bietet alles, was man braucht. Die Matratzen sind sehr fest. Alles in allem eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

Eine gute Wahl!

Haben die Wohnung für ein langes Wochenende mit 4 Erwachsenen & 2 Kids genutzt. Alles war piccobello sauber. Geschirr, Handtücher etc. waren in ausreichender Menge vorhanden und es war mehr als genug Platz für 6 Personen. Den Garten bzw. Grillplatz haben wir auch genutzt. Man muss zwar alles dafür "kurz ums Eck tragen" - aber mit 12 Händen ging das problemlos & schnell. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin lief reibungslos und sehr zuvorkommend. Wir können das Objekt wirklich ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen!

Einfach toll!

Wir haben die Woche Ferien sehr genossen, in Puncto Sauberkeit und Ausstattung nicht zu überbieten. Gute Größe für eine Familie mit 3 Kindern. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett, aufmerksam. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, Auto aber notwendig.

Unterwegs mit 6 Personen und zwei Hunde

Sehr schön gelegen Ausreichend Platz, alles vorhanden von Kaffee-Bohnen bis zu Badetücher. Separaten Garten zwar nicht direkt am Haus nur 50m um die Ecke mit ausreichend Sitz und Grill Möglichkeit. Gute Information über Sehenswürdigkeiten und Wandertouren erhalten. *****

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und groß. Es war alles sauber und alles Wichtige war ausreichend vorhanden. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war sehr zuvorkommend. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen gerne wieder! :-)
