The living area is 110 square metres, all on one level and wheelchair-accessible.<br>A large terrace with patio furniture and a lawn for ball games are also available.<br>The house features the following rooms:<br>Entryway/hallway; to the right is a modern, high-quality kitchen with Neff appliances (refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, induction cooktop, and oven). <br>Welcome drinks such as mineral water and beer are provided for guests. <br>Large 40-square-meter living-dining room with a black leather 3-seater sofa, a 2-seater sofa, and an armchair. <br>55-inch Blaupunkt TV with a Telekom TV box for MagentaZuhause M TV Smart. <br>Netflix and Sky are available with an account. <br>Small Bluetooth stereo system with DAB+ radio. <br>A patio door leads outside to the 20-square-meter terrace. <br>The dining room features a large table with 6 chairs. There is a serving hatch from the kitchen to the dining room. <br>A sliding door leads into the bedroom. There is a double bed (160x200 cm) by Hasena with Schlaraffia mattresses in firmness levels 2 and 3. <br>From the bedroom, a sliding door leads into the bathroom. Here you’ll find a modern glass walk-in shower, toilet, sink, mirror cabinet, washing machine, and a clothes dryer. <br>From the bedroom, a second mirrored sliding door leads to another room, which serves as a dressing room or children’s room. The room contains a 200x90 cm bed, a closet, a drying rack, and a vacuum cleaner. This room is accessible only through the bedroom (see floor plan!!!). In exceptional cases, an adult could also sleep there.<br>A travel cot and a changing pad can be provided free of charge upon request.<br>To the left from the hallway is another bedroom, which is furnished with two Hasena beds (140x200 cm and 100x200 cm) and a wardrobe. The guest room has its own mini-bathroom with a toilet, a small sink, and a shower with folding doors. <br>This room is only available for bookings of 3 or more people and is therefore locked when booking for one or two people.<br>For bookings for 2 people, the living area is 90 square metres, and for bookings of 3 or more people, it is 110 square metres.<br>Parking spaces are located right next to the house.<br>A separate, lockable room is available for guests with bicycles.
