This home has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably. There are 2 queen sized beds and 1 double bed.

Just out back you will find a terrace with dining seating and a fully fenced large backyard with a huge dog run for your furry friends! There is ample street parking directly in front of our home but we do offer a garage for one car.

In town for a wedding, close to the train, downtown Evanston and bikes! Nice quiet neighborhood. Place had everything we needed. It was great!

Great flat

A little hiccup at checkin, but the host was swift and communicative. Clean, lovely flat with a nice amount of room to relax. The beds are super comfortable!! Highly recommend.

Lovely unit & neighborhood

Lovely unit on a charming, quiet street. Walk to trains, shops, etc. One note - it’s up a steep flight of stairs, so probably not best for people with mobility issues. (We didn’t realize this when renting it.) Aside from that it’s a wonderful and nicely appointed space!!!! Host is terrific, too.

Great location and apartment

We stayed at this place for two nights while attending our daughter's graduation. The apartment was very nice with a great layout. The large living room even had a special play area for little ones, which we did not need, but it was a nice touch. The bonus was that we had a garage space as well as being able to park on the street easily. The one thing that was a bit misleading was the we thought the apartment was in a different location from where it was because of where it was pinned on the map, but it turned out to be in a better place for our purposes in the end. The host was very responsive before and throughout our stay and we would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful property in a great location

We stayed at this house last weekend, and had a fantastic time! The property had so many amenities for our toddler that we never expected. They made life extremely easy. The location is great - safe, quiet but right by the action. The only issue we had was not getting enough information about parking before we arrived, but it ended up not being a problem.
