This was a delightful property close to the Evansville Township High school. We stayed here for my son's college graduation. Everything was up to date and nicely appointed. I don't know that we would need to stay here again, but if we did I would definitely want to stay at this property.

Cousin Reunion near Northwestern University

My family and I had a great time staying in this home. It was clean and spacious. Adequate sleeping space for 8 adults. We played board games in the dining room while having easy access to snacks in the kitchen. James was responsive and helpful.

Home in Evanston

Very clean, large home to accommodate multiple adults. Loved the ping pong table,playing bingo, checkers, and watch TV. Loved the bathrooms and plenty of additional parking in the paved area in the backyard with gated fence. We will be returning as we attand a yearly convention at the Holiday Inn 14 min away. Great house for a group in Evanston!

This house was great for our family trip to Evanston in the spring. It's a charming house that has been renovated and well appointed. It's 4 bedrooms, but there is also a door to the recreation area in the basement (with a twin bed crib), so another person could sleep there as well. We loved that the couch in the living room was very large, so we could gather lots of family there to hang out. Same with the dining table - plenty of space for 8-9 people to gather. James was responsive and easy to work with. Would recommend this place to others for an Evanston trip!

James was responsive and accommodating during our stay. The rooms were clean and comfy and the kitchen seemed to be well stocked, however we did not use it to cook. The only thing I wanted to note was I did find thumb tacks and pieces of maybe balloon in the living room. Im glad I noticed before my dogs did!
