Great Home in Arvada!

You really can’t beat the location and bedroom/bathroom make up of this home in Arvada. It was very convenient for us to get to multiple areas around Denver and have plenty of room at home for our group of 12. The property owners were great to work with and we would definitely stay here again!

The home was perfect for our family gathering with elderly adults. The upstairs en-suites and full 6/6 bed and baths were the perfect accommodations for our group. Everything we needed was available and accessible.

Family wedding and vacation

We were looking for a home away from home for my extended family while attending wedding and extending it into a brief vacation and opportunity to spend time together (we live in different states).The layout and location of the house was perfect to hang out and be comfortable, and close enough to downtown and other areas to also do some touristy things during our visit.Owners provided a detailed notebook of sights and restaurants--extremely helpful and appreciated!The only negative is that we all thought the bedrooms could use a dresser or desk. Without a surface to put things on (and only one nightstand), we had to keep a lot of our belongings on the floor. There was ample closet space, but it's also nice to have someplace to put jewelry, books, laptop etc.

We had an amazing stay in Arvada. I had a group of friends come in for great weekend of music and fun at Red Rocks! The house is set up perfectly for a large group. Each bedroom having a bathroom is a really great feature. We had great communication from the host too! Cant wait to come back!

Beautiful place to stay

This is an excellent property, the best part being each bedroom has a king bed and an attached bathroom. The kids can easily stay downstairs, and have the space of their own. The host is quite approachable and prompt in response. We were a group of 12 people and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Excellent Base Camp

Six lifelong friends gathered at this home to tour the area and the accommodations were perfect for our group: six distinct bedrooms and six bathrooms with showers. Arvada has good food and is close to Boulder, Golden, Red Rocks and downtown. The neighborhood itself is quiet. The only note is that we didn’t use the outdoor spaces much - the indoor space just suited us better. Overall great stay.

Perfect for our golf trip

We all came in for a golf getaway. We had a group of 8. The house was about 35 min from the airport and centrally located. The house is laid out like 2 apartments on top of each other, each with a full kitchen in each floor so it made it very convenient for breakfast and other meals. The location is great since all three rounds of golf were about 30 minutes from the house. The home is well maintained and beds were comfy. Fully stocked kitchen. Nicely done.

If I could give 10 stars I would!!

Great house, well stocked, every shower has soap, shampoo and conditioner. Kitchen and laundry had supplies as well. Minimum pick up at check out - unlike some other VRBO rentals that want you to clean and still charge a cleaning fee). Great hosts to work with - I highly recommend staying at one of their properties!!

Funeral stay.

It was a very nice property. I was very disappointed that they would not understand that we only needed 2 days not the three we reserved. We were dealing with a family funeral. People were flying in from all over the country. We discovered that we only needed 2 days. I just saw where they request a review within a certain amount of days. They wouldn’t work with us and they were hard to get a hold of. The place was very nice though.

Last-minute changes can be difficult to manage, especially under the constraints of our contracts with the owner, cleaners, and the team. As hosts we always strive to respond to all messages immediately. We apologize if our communication was not as timely as you’d hoped. Sometimes we are not able to reply right away, but do strive to respond as quick as possible. We’re happy to know that you enjoyed the property. Great Find! Beautiful! Spacious! Perfect!

This home was one of the BEST vacation homes we have ever stayed at. Everything was NEW and the remodel is beautiful. The pictures do not even do the home justice. You need to see this in person. This home is fully loaded. Flat screens in every room, every room has a bathroom, needless to say we felt very spoiled during the stay. The city of Arvada is great! If you are a foodie like us, there is a plethora of options to enjoy. Old Town Arvada is a fun hot spot to visit. Superb location for trips to the mountains or visiting downtown Denver. We will be back.

Great Home

This house was great for our family. All of the bedrooms are like hotel rooms with king beds and beautiful bathrooms. The living space upstairs was a decent size. I would have liked an eating space upstairs inside as I have bad knees but the table and chairs downstairs worked well for our group. You could eat on the deck and not go downstairs but we had rain a couple of afternoons so couldn’t use the deck seating. The inside of the house is very nice. With a little one a rocking chair would have been nice but otherwise the furnishings were comfortable. Thanks for the use of your home.

An amazing experience all around!

From the moment we booked, Benjamin & Kim were amazing hosts & maintained INCREDIBLE communication!! My team sought out this home b/c we were looking for a place to hold a leadership offsite where we could meet in-person (our co is 100% remote) & work for a few days. This home fit the bill *perfectly*. With 6 br/ 6 ba, every member of our team had private space w/dedicated bath, yet common spaces were perfect for us to be able to spread out & work. The extra kitchen downstairs was AMAZING to have!!! For those who are wondering, here are the things that I would list as the pros/cons for this property: Pros: * Incredible communication from property host. Whether it was being unsure if we could add an additional guest after the booking (we had an open role we are trying to hire for) or struggling with the remote entry for initial access (it was on us, not the host!), the clarity & speed of communication was absolutely top-notch. * The home was perfectly clean and tidy upon arrival. Everything was in really good condition and the home is absolutely stunning. * The second kitchen downstairs and extra set of washer & dryers came in incredibly handy when there were 5 of us trying to get clothes cleaned for our return trips home. * This may seem like an odd one but the mattresses on the beds were so incredible. We all marveled over how comfortable our beds were and how we were getting better sleep than at home! So incredible, in fact, that I had to reach out to the host to find out what mattresses they were as several of us are interested in getting one for our own homes! Cons (and there are only a couple and they are relatively minor): * One area that we struggled with was the wi-fi. Granted, there were 5 of us connected to it pretty much constantly throughout the day. For regular usage, I'm sure it would have been fine. We just had moments where one or a few of us would momentarily get kicked off wi-fi or it would lag. Given that we were there for a multi-day strategy session, that was a bit of a disruption but we also understood that the very nature of our usage was asking alot of their system. * This is truly nothing that the host can change but the deck area (which is lovely!) is *veryclose* to the next door neighbor's home. While we didn't use the area collectively very often, there was one night that we all sat out and enjoyed each other's company and I was worried we might be disrupting the neighbors.

New & Convenient

We had a wonderful stay in Arvada. We were all going different directions - Boulder, Estes, Aurora, Longmont, Red Rocks, Idaho Springs. The house was a perfect location for everyone. It was new and very clean and had everything we needed. There was an issue with the blowers in the AC (it was a hot week) and the owners were quick to respond and took care of the issue! We loved that everyone had their own bathroom and space. We hope to be back next year!
