This property's view of the Continental Divide is matched only by its numerous amenities and fun, welcoming atmosphere. As our guests, you will enjoy our eclectic mixture of architecture, decor, and furnishings, as well as the awesome natural beauty of the Lookout Mountain area. Enjoy the gourmet kitchen, 3 wide-screen TV's, steam shower, hot tub, PS4, and our extensive collection of classic board games. World famous Red Rocks Amphitheater is 15 minutes away, LoDo 25 minutes, DIA 45 minutes.

This property is located on a dead-end dirt road at over 7500 feet altitude, and weather conditions can be harsh and unpredictable, especially in winter. 4WD or AWD vehicles are highly recommended at all times. We do not offer refunds, discounts or take responsibility for inconvenience due to adverse weather conditions. Road will be plowed for all snowfalls 6" and above. We employ a single outdoor surveillance camera, which has a view of the front walkway and driveway.

This is one of the few properties in Jefferson County actually permitted by the County to operate as a short-term rental. Permit #25-119524
