Clean Single family home with no shared spaces and a large private backyard with plenty of parking. Very private with no other homes on the property. NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS ALLOWED.

Free access to Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+, property is located prime location of SGV. Centrally located only 15 mins to downtown LA and 30-45 mins to Disneyland in Orange County. This new and modern home is the best get away for any family. Spacious backyard for entertainment and very comfortable for family with small kids in mind. 10 min walk to local park.
