Aqua Resort Unit 810 - Completely renovated with amazing views!
Beach chair service, 2 lounge chairs and an umbrella, are complimentary for this unit from March 1 to October 31, 2025. This is a $50 per day value.
Aqua 810 is a one bedroom, plus bunk room with a door for privacy, and 2 full bathrooms that has undergone a FULL renovation. New paint, flooring, furniture inside and on the balcony, custom woodwork, custom artwork, and new light fixtures. All you see is comfort and BEACH, BEACH, BEACH!!! Includes two beach chairs and umbrella for the 2025 season and has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and fun stay! This condo is perfect for spotting dolphins.
The kitchen is updated with granite counters and stainless-steel appliances. Fully stocked with all the small appliances you need, some of the new additions are Keurig/drip coffee combination unit, blender, and toaster. The dining room has seating for 4 plus the granite serving bar has 3 bar stools.
The Master bedroom features gulf views with direct access to the balcony overlooking the Gulf. A king size bed, 58" flat screen smart TV, and a walk-in closet. The master bath has a double vanity with granite counters, shower, and separate large soaking tub. The bunk room has a sliding barn door for privacy, twin bunks, nightstand with a lamp, sconce light on the wall, a 30" flat screen smart TV. It has a very cool custom piece of art, a stainless-steel octopus that lights up. The second full bathroom has a shower, single vanity with granite counter. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa with upgraded gel mattress, 70" flat screen smart TV, and plenty of seating for everyone. The balcony includes 2 traditional Adirondack chairs with table plus 2 bar height stools with a table. You will also find a full-sized washer/ dryer in the unit for your convenience. This property includes all bed/ bath linens, so just bring your beach towels, and get ready for a fabulous vacation!
