Casa romantica in piena natura!

The house is single, in the middle of nature. Just rest and peace, accompanied by the firefly (end of May to mid-June) and the singing of the nightingale, embedded under beautiful oak trees that provide shade!
It has a room with a kitchen and separate bathroom. The double bed is 160x210cm large and can also be used as a sofa during the day.
It is located 2 km from the picturesque town of Montescudaio,
12 km from the sea (Cecina Mare) and 8 km from large shopping centers (Coop, Conad).
The cities of Volterra, Pisa, Lucca, Siena, San Giminiano and Florence can be visited within a day.
The house is only available to the guest, parking in front of the house.

Natur pur

Ein idealer Ort um Natur zu genießen, runter zu kommen, zu relaxen. Wir haben es sehr genossen :-)! PKW ist ein Muss. Die Anfahrt (letzten 2 Kilometer) ist sehr holprig, also schön langsam fahren. Aber das gehört an diesem Ort einfach dazu. Weit ab vom Schuss, aber genial. Wandern, zum Strand, Städte besichtige, etc. - ein idealer Ausgangspunkt. Daniel und Christine haben es uns dort sehr schön gemacht! Danke sehr. Wir kommen wieder!

Gemütliche Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben die Unterkunft für unseren Sommerurlaub in der Toskana gebucht. Es ist ein kleines und sehr nettes Häuschen in einer wunderschönen, sehr ruhigen Lage. Tagsüber bleibt es dank der vielen Bäume herum sogar angenehm kühl. Die Terrasse ist herrlich und großzügig geschnitten. Innen hat es wegen seiner Größe nur das Nötigste, was aber völlig ausreicht für zwei Personen. Die Einrichtung und der Gesamtzustand sind neu und gepflegt. Die Küche ist gut und durchdacht ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind wirklich sehr nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wünsche bleiben hier definitiv keine offen. Wir werden es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Un petit coin de paradis pour les amoureux de Nature !

Nous avons été accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Les propriétaires, tous autant qu'ils sont, ont été aux petits soins, nous ont donné beaucoup de très bons conseils. On se sentait comme des amis de longue date. Encore un immense Merci à eux tous.Et la maison est absolument adorable. Reveil par les oiseaux, le bien-être à l'etat pur ! En un mot, Viva Italia !
