The apartment is very bright and lovingly furnished. It consists of a living room with a seating area and a dining room furniture. In addition, a well-equipped kitchen. The bedroom is equipped with a box spring bed measuring 140 cm x 200 cm.

The bathroom has daylight and has a bathtub, shower and washbasin with toilet. The balcony faces south and is also equipped with table chairs and a parasol.

Insect screens were installed on all doors and windows. In addition, the 2nd bedroom can be used as a guest room. A couch is available for you to pull out.

Our two south-facing holiday apartments each have a balcony or a large terrace inviting you to relax outdoors. They offer a variety of options for families, groups of friends, or two friendly families who want to holiday together, especially when both apartments are occupied. The bright, lovingly furnished accommodations impress with high-quality equipment and thoughtful details. The "Sonnenschein" apartment features two modern bathrooms as well as a fully equipped kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired – from the Spatzenhobel to the cake mould. The spacious living room with a dining area for up to eight people and a comfortable lounge area invites sociable hours. Both bedrooms in the larger apartment and the associated bathrooms are designed to always preserve your privacy. Upon request, we provide children’s or baby cots in both apartments. For a pleasant sleep, all windows and doors are equipped with reliable insect screens and roller shutters, which ensures a quiet sleep especially in the summer. The newly designed terrace with its own garden area offers the perfect opportunity to enjoy nature outdoors. Upon arrival, our guests have two free parking spaces directly at the house as well as a carport in the courtyard. Our goal is to provide you with a comfortable and unforgettable stay where nothing is missing. Treat yourself and your loved ones to a break in our lovingly furnished holiday apartments and experience relaxing days in a quiet yet central location.

Great place!

Great place, communication was excellent with very helpful suggestions of where to go and eat. We had breakfast every morning on the balcony with a view of the snow covered mountains. Very enjoyable!!

Alles in Allem zufrieden

Saubere Unterkunft in einem niedlichen Dorf. Leider wurden wir wärend unseres Aufenthaltes jeden Morgen durch Balärm geweckt. Dafür kann die Gastgeberin nichts, ein Hinweis auf die Baustelle wäre aber schön gewesen. Das zweite Bett war leider nur ein zu kurz geratenes Klappsofa mit einer dazu passenden zu kurz geratenen Decke. Unsere Tochter war dafür schon etwas zu groß mit 9 Jahren. Die Badezimmerarmaturen (Dusche und Wanne) hatten leider keinen Wasserdruck, müssten wohl mal entkalkt werden. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und die Kommunikation verlief problemlos.

Urlaub im Allgäu

Wir haben uns in der liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, so das wir zwei tolle Wochen Urlaub in einer traumhaften Umgebeung erleben durften. Unsere Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr herzlich und bei Problemen oder Wünschen hätten wir uns stets melden können. Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger, zentraler Lage

So kann eine Bewertung aussehen - die trotz massiv anhaltendem schlechtem Wetter vor Ort die Gäste gerade dazu zwingt die Hälfte Ihres Aufenthaltes in der Wohnung zu verbringen. Ein Genuss zu hören, dass sich die Gäste trotzdem wohl fühlten. Dabei darf ich für mich feststellen wie extrem wichtig es ist - ob sich die Gäste auch in der Wohnung wohlfühlen wenn das Wetter mal nicht mitspielt. Ich werde noch mehr auf Behaglichkeit setzen - als bisher. !

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet und der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war prima. In allen Fragen vor Ort war uns auch Eugen sehr hilfreich und jederzeit ansprechbar. Unsere Enkelin hat die Ferienwohnung und ihr Zimmer geliebt. In der Umgebung lassen sich tolle Ausflüge auch mit kleinen Kindern machen.

Wunderbarer Urlaub im Allgäu

Die Ferienwohnung war Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in der Region Oberstaufen und Städtetouren von Lindau bis Ravensburg. Wir haben die Wohnung sehr genossen. Hier konnten wir uns entspannen, kochen und die Ausflüge in aller Ruhe planen. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung und die Kommunikation vor und während des Urlaubs waren sehr gut. Dass wir den Urlaub in sehr guter Erinnerung behalten werden, hat auch mit dieser schöner Ferienwohnung zu tun. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

For some time now I have had the feeling that both the local location and the area where we used to live could be ideal for making the Allgäu experienceable for guests with all its varied sides. The house is in a still quiet area without being far from civilization. The place (Engelitz) is a place whose inhabitants consisted mainly of independent farms a few years ago. At that time, there was a cheese dairy in our house that turned the milk from the surrounding farms into butter and Swiss cheese. Nothing of this can be seen today, because the house was completely rebuilt into individual apartments. We - my husband and I - live mainly in Portugal today and yet we still appreciate and love this place - that's why we always spend time in this beautiful place! We warmly welcome our guests wherever they come from. Your well-being will be taken care of despite our absence.
