Apartment Sonnenschein with Terrace

The holiday apartment "Sunshine" is family-friendly and very bright and disgusting. It is equipped with 2 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped and contains various electrical appliances that are easier for you to use. The large bright living room with access to the terrace is equipped with a large living area - dining room furniture for up to 6 people as well as a large flat screen TV and various games and books for your entertainment. In bedroom 2 there are 2 separate box spring beds that can be pushed together, a fixed cot and a cot that can be optionally added to each bedroom. Bedroom I has a box spring bed 1.80 x 2.00 m and direct access to our terrace - which is also equipped with garden furniture - deck chairs, parasols and a practical charcoal grill.

Our two south-facing holiday apartments each have a balcony or a large terrace inviting you to relax outdoors. They offer a variety of options for families, groups of friends, or two friendly families who want to holiday together, especially when both apartments are occupied. The bright, lovingly furnished accommodations impress with high-quality equipment and thoughtful details. The "Sonnenschein" apartment features two modern bathrooms as well as a fully equipped kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired – from the Spatzenhobel to the cake mould. The spacious living room with a dining area for up to eight people and a comfortable lounge area invites sociable hours. Both bedrooms in the larger apartment and the associated bathrooms are designed to always preserve your privacy. Upon request, we provide children’s or baby cots in both apartments. For a pleasant sleep, all windows and doors are equipped with reliable insect screens and roller shutters, which ensures a quiet sleep especially in the summer. The newly designed terrace with its own garden area offers the perfect opportunity to enjoy nature outdoors. Upon arrival, our guests have two free parking spaces directly at the house as well as a carport in the courtyard.
