La Condesa

This condo is absolutely beautiful! Very clean and plenty of dishes. Very easy check in. Around the clock door person. The views from ever room are incredible! Walking distant to Restaurants, coffee shops, museums and grocery store. If you don’t want to walk Uber is the way to get around. Would highly recommend.

Okay location, but not in the nicer areas of Condesa

Overall good, but…We were told at noon that our unit would not be available until 4:00 because of a delay with the cleaning Without further communication, we arrived at 4:30, and it was still not ready After ridiculous excuses from VRBO, we were not able to have the unit until after 5:30

Great place

All was good, Only suggestions is to add more fans/AC as the place gets hot during the day. And it shows washer/dryer, although no dryer. It was fine to hang dry, but should be clarified in the description, Otherwise all was good

Our Condesa stay

This was our first VRBO stay and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The suite was large and airy with fabulous floor-to-ceiling views of Mexico City. The kitchen was well appointed and my partner and I were happy to each have a bathroom and shower of our own. We also enjoyed sitting on the roof. In short, everything was as shown in the photos.. Our one disappointment was that the building was a bit remote from the restaurants and fun of Condesa. Finally, the Wynwood House Team were attentive and unfailingly helpful.

Perfect for Longer Stays

We absolutely loved the 10 days we spent here. It's the perfect staging area for exploring Mexico City - super well connected to some the nicest, most walkable neighborhoods, Chapultepec park, and amazing restaurants. The property itself is great - we REALLY loved the kids room - our little one used it almost every day and he had a great time. The gym has what you need to get by and the outdoor areas/business center are super nice to have. We made use of the Spa as well. You don't need to have a car but the fact that the unit comes with a parking spot is really convenient. We had family over several times and the apartment easily accommodated up to 10 people at once. Host communication is excellent and super responsive. Would absolutely recommend/stay again.

Excellent Condo That Checks All The Boxes

I had no issues getting into the unit and the property manager was quick to respond to any questions or requests. The condo is just about perfect and has a lot to offer. Be sure to check out the rooftop area at night to take in a 360 view of an amazing city. Around sundown, a DJ will setup and offers cocktails and snacks. Nice bonus! This is more of an FYI than anything - Like most homes in CDMX, the condo does not have AC and the place can be a little warm. If you are acclimated to the climate, this won't be an issue at all. Last but not least, if you are a light sleeper, you'll want to use a white noise app/machine to help offset some of the street noise. The condo is on the 19th floor, but sound does travel. Would I rent the condo again? Yes.

Bad Experience

Sat outside the apartment for an hour waiting for the code. Reminded the manager three times before coming. Never heard from him. If it weren't for my friend, who is Mexican, calling Peru...and then waiting with use, we would have had to stay in a hotel. My son was with me, and he just laid down on the floor near the door in the hallway. So hot in the apartment. Two small fans. We left the door open to let some of the air in from the hallway. No dryer!!! Was never able to contact the manager. Nice view. But not that clean. I'm sure it's fine if you can get in touch with someone. I couldn't.

Good stay, good value, a few minor challenges

As fellow premier host, I’d like to provide insight on my recent stay. The rate is acceptable (less) compared to some of the cool boutique hotels nearby. Excellent location, easy (and safe) walk into the cool areas of Condesa. Where you want to be and explore. Good modern contemporary building with excellent security…important. We felt safe/secure at all times. It’s clean, beds are comfy, but…morning sun will shine in early, close those blinds tight! Other major factor is the traffic noise. It’s loud, even 19 floors up! ~ Kitchen is sparsely stocked. ~ Stove a bit of a challenge to light burners, sometimes they worked, other times not ~ No a/c but 2 fans are included…and needed. ~ Hot water is a definite challenge, we could only get it to last 2/3 minutes during a shower or doing dishes. An important issue to have looked at. (Shower heads need help as well) Ensure you turn up the temp on the water heater in the kitchen closet. ~ Major grocery market an easy 10 minute walk ~ Wi-fi worked great ~ Uber is the best transpo for further destinations ~ A luggage ramp at the entrance of the building would be helpful. ~ One of my main complaints is they will not provide entry details until 24 hours prior to check-in, I had to email a manager/rep to actually send the details just prior to traveling and then an additional follow up for the building address. ~ Even so, communication was good with management with speedy responses. ~ If those minor items don’t bother you, you’ll enjoy staying here. ~ Woops, Can’t forget the spectacular view of the city looking south and East…especially at night from 19 floors up!
