Our professionally decorated home is the perfect coastal home to call your own. With hard flooring, a premium chef`s kitchen, 2 spacious bathrooms,, and plenty of space, you can relax in style and ultimate comfort. Our home has new bedding and furnishings as well as a 60" smart TV in the living room. Watch your favorite Netflix shows and stay connected with our free wireless internet.
Our condo is directly on the lake! The lake features a beautiful fountain in the center with the golf course just behind it. Listening to the sounds of the water make sitting on our furnished patio a dream after a wonderful day at the pool and beach! NOTE: POOL IS CLOSED FOR THE SEASON STARTING NOVEMBER 1ST-APRIL 1ST.

No dogs, emotional support animals, or pets of any kind allowed. This includes all emotional support animals as the HOA does not accept emotional support animal paperwork as sufficient in regards to the rule that renters are not allowed to have animals on property. The HOA will fine $500 for violations, which will be charged to the guest for each violation. Thank you for your understanding as we follow the building rules and hope to avoid extra charges to our guests.

Policies:
-For payments made directly to Carolina Palm Vacations: Names must match on reservation, payment method, and photo ID. If the name on your reservation is not the same as the card holder, reservations will be subject to cancelation.
-Photo IDs are required for all reservations across all platforms.
-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.
-Pool disclaimer: In the event of unscheduled maintenance or changing HOA procedures Carolina Palm Vacations does not guarantee pool use during a stay. We will do everything in our power to give notification in advance about any closure.

Welcome to your luxury vacation at Barefoot Resort! Our home is in the heart of North Myrtle Beach close to hundreds of restaurants, shops, and entertainment options for everyone! With world class golf right in the resort and the area`s most popular shopping just minutes away you have many options for entertainment in the day.
Barefoot Resort features a stunning 2.2 acre 15,000 square foot saltwater pool right on the waterway and marina! At this North Tower Pool is also the excellent Barefoot Marina Bar & Grill, which has live music throughout the year, plenty of outdoor seating (including on the waterfront!) and excellent seafood, American fare, and happy hour! There`s a free shuttle to the pool and to the beach in season. River Crossing also has a neighborhood pool for added convenience.
Live music venues such as the House of Blues and Alabama Theater are right at Barefoot as well, along with hundreds of restaurants to cater to any plans for the evening. Shop until you drop at Barefoot Landing just across the waterway and at Tanger Outlets just a few minutes away.

1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.
2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.
3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.
4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.
5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.
6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
