We enjoyed our stay in this quiet gated neighborhood. Rachel is the best host. She was quickly responsive and accommodating to our needs. The house is nicely decorated and comfortable.

We were able to enjoy both the hot tub and pool during our stay. Patio was very pleasant. Home is inviting and has a lovely master suite. In town for a nearby concert and really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Peaceful Home Away From Home

Better than a motel and closer to family in the area. We enjoyed sipping coffee by the lagoon on the back patio in the a.m. and a bit of stargazing and snacks by the fire in the p.m. Fun community pool about a minute away. Rachel is a great host, has everything set up nice, and it was awesome to have this place to call home on our visit. We'll stay againšŸ‘šŸ‘

Wonderful stay in a nice community!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was very comfortable and beautifully appointed. The owner was very responsive and checked in with us after we got settled to see if we had any questions or concerns. The location was great for us visiting family and it was near restaurants, and things to do! The community was beautiful as was the little lake the home sits on! We really enjoyed our stay and will book this property again when we come back into town!

This property is a musty in person. Very relaxing and warm home like property with many amenities. Sitting on the back porch overviewing the water while the fire warms you on a chilly evening was just one of the perks. A beautiful experience

A very comfortable and clean home. The primary room bed was quite comfy. We did discover we required a more firm mattress for sleeping. The second bedroom gave us that choice. The furnishings in the living area also provided a soft cushy couch with an option for more firm seating in the recliner.. The views from the patio are stunning. A very pleasant stay. Thank you.

Warm summer vacay

We went down to AZ leaving the snow. We wanted to get a break from the cold and do some golfing and boating. We couldnā€™t boat in the man made lake at the back of the house but as water people we still enjoyed the sounds and smells of being near the water. The house was very comfortable. I loved that there was tv channels to watch as we donā€™t do streaming accounts ( I know itā€™s old school). We were able to go boating in Lake Mohave two days and golfing for two days. Great area and great house we will try to book again next year. Ps while it is a gated community we were able to get door dash delivery which isnā€™t offered in our home town so a plus for us.

Quite ,Beautiful And Clean

The house is amazing. Quite neighborhood with beautiful views for sitting in the back of house watching the little ducks fish.Bed sooo comfy.. house smelled wonderful, everything was placed in thought of people using this home. Rachel was available 24 /7 for any questions. Keep in mind there are many time changes right this region..it was kinda dificult to keep track of time traveling in any direction from house. There was a hour time difference with just a little distance from the house. There is a cute little town called Oatman we ran across by accident. Worth checking out.. cute donkeys comeright up to you,an love to be petted right out on the roads.You will not be disappointed in your stay..we were sad to leave..

Guests seemed quiet. Never got any responses from them when i checked in with them once they arrived. Cleaner said house was a little messier than usual but they did pay a cleaning fee. I would host again.
