Minutes to water taxis, casinos and boat launch. Owner is offering huge discounts for over 25 day stay. Note: 3 exterior Owner video cameras are present-Back yard, Front door and Side yard door.

We had a great stay at Frances place. It was a great location and it was nice being on the water. The house is adorable and nicely decorated. The towels are so soft. Would definitely recommend to others.

Hi …place was super clean and decorated nicely…the kitchen had everything you need to cook…and a nice dishwasher..the bathrooms were stocked with fresh towels…the beds were comfortable…we thought we would be able to fish off their dock according to the pics, but the water level is way down…and the docks were not useable. So that was the only bummer…but the house was great…we fished at community park and rotary park…it worked out ok. Overall I would say this place was really nice

Great riverfront place!!

We stayed for a little over two weeks and it was perfect. Really comfortable and well stocked. Host was wonderful and attentive. Just a great house to feel like home.

Weekend getaway!!!

Loves the layout of home and being on water made it so much more relaxing. Only small reminder to guest is to bring back toiletries.. I’m use to having dispenser in showers and had to buy shampoo. Tight squeeze if your bring water craft (boat/waiver runners) Street in narrow. Other than that place was nice…Location was not the greatest but house was really nice and remodeled inside with new deck and stair path. Thank you for great communication

I’m sorry Stephanie. We have so much shampoo and toiletries. My co host must of forgot to put out or replace the toiletries. I have never had a problem getting in or out of the driveway . Your driver must of been inexperienced with pulling trailers

Beautiful home on the Colorado River

Amazing Host !!! Upon our arrival she had a cake and card for my wife's birthday, Valentine Chocolates and some wine to enjoy. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need cook and has a nice dinner area. The patio is large with plenty of chairs. There is new grill that we used to grill our steaks on. Beds are extremely comfortable with nice pillows and lots of blankets. Internet was excellent, we were able to watch movies, local and world news. The house is new and spotless, the decor in each room is beautiful and felt personal. The view of the river is gorgeous both day and night, we loved watching hundreds of ducks swimming at night. We also enjoyed the great stores, golf courses and casinos nearby. We look forward to our return. Thanks Fran for letting us enjoy your home. You are an amazing person!
