Enjoying luxury in penthouse apartment ‘’Kabbelaarsbank’’ 2.15!

Located on a unique spot near the Grevelingen and the North Sea, you’ll find this luxurious penthouse with fantastic views over the harbour of Marina Port Zélande and the direct surroundings. A suitable accommodation for families or just the two of you! You can find the beach, North Sea, diverse restaurants and sports facilities on a walking distance. The environment is loved among sun- and naturelovers.

The luxurious and complete penthouse consists of multiple floors. The first floor has a large living room with adjacent open kitchen. A bedroom and separate toilet can also be found here. You can easily enter the roofed balcony with garden furniture and heater through the sliding doors. The pantry is provided with washing machine, dryer and wine fridge.

You can find three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the second floor. Again, sliding doors offer you access to a terrace that allows you to enjoy beautiful views over the harbour and the Grevelingen. The third floor is provided with dining area, seating corner and television. A rooftop terrace with lounge-, dining and seating area can be found here. The views over the surroundings are breath-taking from this unique spot!
You can reach the apartment by using the stairs or elevator.

Um in den angesagten Aufzug zu kommen muss man erst einmal eine Steintreppe hoch. Der Aufzug geht bis auf die erste Ebene. Die 2. Ebene erreicht man über eine geschwungene Treppe, die dritte auch. Als wir ankamen war die Wohnung nicht gereinigt. Alles benutzt und unsauber. Nach einem Anruf im Büro wurde die Wohnung gereinigt..aber nur unten. Und die Treppe. Die toten Fliegen im oberen ,grossen Schlafzimmer blieben liegen. Der Boden war staubig. Im Wohnzimmer war ein Spieleparadies,, eine Ecke voller Kinderspielsachen. Die Badezimmer waren gross aber es wurde nicht gesagt dass der Einstieg in die Duschen eine hohe Wanne ist.Alles in allem wäre es eine tolle Wohnung mit 3 Balkonen,, die sehr hohe Fensterrahmen haben,,,, und einer Dachterrasse,,, , wenn alles sauberer wäre . Der Kamin ist sehr gemütlich.. Fazit ... wir sind als Familie ,,,4Geschwister, alle um die 70.da gewesen. Das würden wir nicht noch mal tun. Die Wohnung ist für ältere Menschen nicht geeignet. Die Bezeichnung luxuriös ist für diese Wohnung nicht zutreffend.

Great apartment, enormous space, nice view

Very well located at the Marina. Walking distance to the beach (10 minutes of very nice walk). Well equipped, especially for small kids. Amazing family home.

Het appartement is heel mooi gelegen op een paar minuten loopafstand tot het strand op de Brouwersdam. Het appartement over drie verdippingen met drie Terrassen, heeft alles wat nodig is. We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad.

Tolle Lage, toller Ausblick, super Wohnung!!!

Zwischen Nordsee und Grevelinger Meer, direkt über dem Hafen. Mit dem Rad ist man schnell in beide Richtungen, auch in Renesse am Strand. Bis Ouddorp ist es etwas weiter, aber zum Einkaufen haben wir sowieso das Auto genommen - bei Bedarf mit Fahrradträger. Die Dachterrasse und das „Turmzimmer“ sind ein Traum!

Schöner Urlaub in Luxeriöser Penthouse Wohnung!

Wir waren von der Wohnung, der luxeriösen Ausstattung und der Lage der 3 Etagen Penthouse Wohnung beeindruckt! Besonders gut gefiel uns der tolle Ausblick auf den Jachthafen aus dem Balkon im 1. Stock, sowie der beiden Dachterassen im 2. Und 3. Stock :-) !! Eine Wiederholung dieses Urlaubes würden wir jederzeit gerne wieder machen!
