The low-key life of our coastal village is waiting for you at Seaside at Sandbridge. This condo is just one block from the Atlantic Ocean and is complete with a shared swimming pool and off-street parking (no elevator). This spacious condo is professionally decorated with coastal and nautical themes and comfortably furnished with all of the necessities to make your vacation dreams come true. There is beautiful flooring throughout along with beautiful granite countertops, so get ready for a fabulous stay. You can enjoy a nice summer meal on the patio which offers a picnic table for casual dining. Amenities include a large TV in living room and smart TVs in each bedroom, a Blu-ray DVD player, surround sound stereo, a full-size washer and dryer, a jetted tub, high-speed WiFi, and two covered decks.

Things to Know
There are no grills for guest use at the Seaside Condo Complex and use of personal grills is not permitted anywhere on the premises, including decks, patios, and common use areas.
The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
