2 bed 2.5 bath 3 story condo beautifully furnished!!! Located between the beach and the convention center in the popular "VIBE ART DISTRICT". 1st floor living room, kitchen and 1/2 bath. 2nd floor laundry, bedroom with full bath. King bed and a set of bunk beds that are double on the top and bottom. 3rd floor bedroom has a full bath, queen bed, and a balcony. The view from the balcony is one of the best views of the fireworks that occur bi-weekly here at the oceanfront. Linens are provided. Owner is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Virginia.

Virginia Beach vacation

The condo in Virginia Beach was a great place to stay. Everything was more than expected and we would definitely return to this rental. Very friendly host Mitzi made the stay a delight.

Great stay in Virginia Beach

The place is perfect—clean with a nice kitchen and comfy bed (we only used the King). It was also well stocked with even fruit and cookies!The boardwalk and excellent restaurants are within easy walking distance.There is some major construction nearby, which means driving and walking directions need to adjust. But, far enough away that there is NO noise, so it is not really a problem at all.

Great Virginia Beach Condo - close to EVERYTHING!

We really enjoyed our stay at this VRBO condo. Mitzi was very communicative and the check in was easy and stress-free. The condo is clean and lovely. The kitchen is AMAZING - it has everything you need! We also loved that beach chairs were provided for us to use. There are SO many good restaurants within walking distance of the condo and we tried many of them. Also - the beach is only 3 blocks away. We enjoyed the boardwalk - unfortunately while we were there they were doing beach restoration and a lot of the beach was closed off - but we just had to walk a little further to enjoy the ocean. Overall it was a great stay and a wonderful VRBO experience. Thanks Mitzi!

Amazing house

I came down with a friend and our daughters for their gymnastics competition and this house was perfect for us! Super clean and it had everything we could have needed. And the location was perfect as well! Would definitely recommend!

Home located in the Vibe Section of Virginia Beach, VA. Nice layout, on site parking, well appointed, a ton of towels, wash clothes, blankets, dishes, cups, silverware etc. located within three blocks to the beach and boardwalk. In town to visit family, had a great stay at this condo! Location was as advertised, close to the beach, also across the street from an excellent brewery. Excellent communication with the owner made checkin and checkout very simple. Mitz thought of everything, place is very well stocked with anything you'll need to enjoy your stay.

Great pet friendly rental. Lots of room for dog cage and pet beds. Dogs did not go nuts sniffing every surface when we entered which shows that it didn’t just look clean, it was . We didn’t use the second floor bedroom but the top floor was comfy and the balcony was plenty big enough for us and the two dogs. We had great walks to the farmers market, coffee shops, beach, lake and commune daily..

Exceeded Expectations

Such a beautiful and comfy place to stay and so accommodating to our two little dogs too. We couldn't get the coffee pot to work and I let Mitzi know and she was there within minutes to resolve the issue (on Christmas Eve nonetheless!!) And we cant forget the sweet lady next door who made us Christmas cookies and brought gifts for all of us, including our dogs! Such a great experience. 10/10 would definitely stay here again!

SWEET LITTLE SHOPS, RESTAURANTS, AND BUSINESSES OF ALL SORTS (SURF SHOPS, COFFEE SHOPS,ETC...) ARE POPPING UP EVERYWHERE IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD. WE COULDN'T BE MORE EXCITED! WE HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH THE SEASONAL RENTAL BUSINESS, AND TAKE A LOT OF PRIDE IN PROVIDING ANY AND EVERYTHING THAT WE BELIEVE A GUEST WOULD NEED TO ENJOY THEIR VACATION.
