As you arrive, the fresh exterior paint and new landscaping in the front yard set the tone for your serene stay. Step inside to discover a beautifully furnished interior with a nautical theme that enhances the charm of all four bedrooms, the cozy living room, and the open kitchen. Warm hardwood floors and maritime artwork throughout create an elegant, beach-inspired ambiance. The spacious living area is perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure, complete with a TV and a surround-sound home theater system for a truly immersive experience. The chef of the group will love the completely updated kitchen, featuring new stainless steel appliances, a modern sink, and sleek kitchen tiles. Enjoy your meals inside, or head out to the upper deck to dine with ocean views.

The outdoor space is a standout feature of the Sandlot. Pair up for a game of volleyball on the soft grassy court, then cool off with a refreshing swim in the sparkling pool. Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the refined putting green—so don't forget your clubs! And if relaxation is on the agenda, the poolside loungers are perfect for soaking in the warm Virginia sun.

For indoor fun, head to the lower level for a game of foosball or try to beat the high score on the new Pac-Man arcade machine. The convenient nearby refrigerator means you can easily grab a drink and keep the fun going without missing a beat. When the day winds down, retreat to any of the bedrooms, each outfitted with new carpeting to ensure maximum comfort for a restful night’s sleep.

Things to Know
The fireplace is only for off-season use from October to May.
The pool will be open from late April through early/mid-October.
The living room and the master bedroom have cable. All other TVs are streaming service only.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
