Entspannte Tage am Fuss der Zugspitze

Die online-Angaben stimmten exakt mit der Wohnung überein. Unsere späte Anreise war kein Problem. Der Schlüssel steckt. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich.

Schön und erholsam

Sehr freundlicher Empfang! Die Wohnung ist sauber und geräumig. Und der Ausblick - einfach traumhaft. Umrahmt von Bergen, das Plätschern der Loisach, alles verbreitet Ruhe und Gemütlichkeit. Es hat uns (Eltern mit Kind und Oma) sehr gefallen, sodass wir erholt in den Alltag zurückkehren konnten. Gute Tipps bekamen wir von unserer Vermieterin, nochmals vielen Dank auch dafür. Unkomplizierter und sehr erholsamer Urlaub!

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Ecke von Garmisch mit wunderbarem Blick auf die umliegenden Berge und guter Verkehrsanbindung. Obwohl wir mit dem Auto dort waren (Parkplätze direkt auf dem Hof neben dem Haus), sind wir meistens mit den (grünen) Ortsbussen gefahren, deren Nutzung in der Kurtaxe enthalten war, da die nächste Bushaltestelle nur etwa 5 Gehminuten entfernt und das Stadtzentrum sowie Sehenswürdigkeiten wie das Olympia-Skistadion, die Partnachklamm oder auch die Alpspitzbahn und die Zugspitzbahn (welche auch zum Eibsee fährt) schnell und problemlos erreichbar waren. Man erspart sich dadurch die lange Parkplatzsuche und die Parkkosten von meist 1 €/Stunde. Zur sehr gepflegten, sauberen und gut ausgestatteten Wohnung gehört eine Terrasse, die durch eine Trennwand von der nebenan liegenden Wohnung abgeteilt ist sowie ein kleiner Garten. Das Bad verfügt über ein Fenster, so dass gut gelüftet werden kann und es sind genügend Handtücher vorhanden. An- sowie Abreise verliefen unkompliziert und reibungslos, die Vermieterin war sehr gastfreundlich und stand für Fragen und auch Wünsche und Kritik unsererseits immer (auch bereits vor Urlaubsbeginn) zur Verfügung. Sollte es mich noch einmal nach Garmisch verschlagen, würde ich diese Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall wieder buchen, da man sich wirklich wohl und gut aufgehoben fühlt!

Two Week Stay in Heaven

My husband and I stayed in the one bedroom apartment for two weeks. We found it to be spotless, comfortable and we had everything we needed. The wi-fi was free, and Frau Wittman was very helpful getting a router for my iPhone. Frau Wittman was also helpful in giving advice about places to visit in the surrounding area, hiking routes, and shopping. The rushing stream outside our window lulled us to sleep every night and it was possible to sit outside by the stream in the beautiful back yard. My husband had never been to Bavaria before and he absolutely loved the mountain views (as did I). I highly recommend this one-bedroom apartment in Garmisch. We thoroughly enjoyed our time spent there and Frau Wittman was a delight to talk with, she is very personable and accommodating.

Wir hatten fünf wunderschöne Tage in dieser Ferienwohnung. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Top Wohnung, sehr sauber und super Lage!

Wonderful stay!

This property was the perfect place for 2 adults. It was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, the owner was available and friendly, and within walking distance of both Partenkirchen and Garmisch. My husband and I are in our early 50's and very active, so we also did a lot of beautiful nearby hikes that are also walking distance. The apartment had a nice patio with beautiful views of the mountains. Be aware that it does have Wi-Fi, but there is a nominal charge for it. We stayed here for 2 1/2 weeks, and the owner came and changed the sheets for us once which was nice. Plenty of towels provided as well. There was also a thing to hang your clothes out to dry, which was nice since we were there so long and had to do some laundry. I hand washed things since there was no washing machine. The owner went out of her way to make sure that we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this place and would stay there again!
