Comfortable apartment with a combined living/sleeping area (30 sqm) for 1–2 people. Quiet location with an attic balcony. The table and chairs invite you to relax and enjoy the mountain views. Located right next to the beautiful Garmisch meadows (about 2 min away), perfect for walks or bike rides. The centre of Garmisch can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes.

The apartment is equipped with:

There is a private parking space for your car (garage space also available as an option). Shopping options are within walking distance (about 10 minutes). With your guest card, you can also use the local bus; the stop is about a 5-minute walk away.

Alles hat wunderbar geklappt. Kurz bevor ich in Wohnung konnte, wurde ich per Mail informiert, dass ich bereits etwas früher in die Wohnung durfte. Kurze Angabe bzw Info, wie ich an den Schlüssel gelangen konnte und wo ich mein Fahrzeug vor dem Haus parken durfte. Alles war sauber und ordentlich und man fühlte sich von Anfang sehr wohl. Auch die Vermieter habe ich kennengelernt und fand sie sehr sympathisch. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner und toller Aufenthalt.
