The living room is about 50 square meters and has music system, television, kitchen and a spacious dining area. The non-accessible large courtyard with private pool is equipped with a parasol and teak furniture. Through the courtyard you reach the sleeping tract with two rooms (2 single beds and 1 double bed). The spacious daylight bathroom includes shower, toilet, bidet. In the upper area there is a third bedroom and spacious bathroom with separate shower and bath, toilet and bidet. Also over the courtyard you reach the partially covered sun terrace with fantastic sea views over the bay of the Costa Calma. Here you can eat comfortably and start the day relaxed or let it fade away.
