Newly remodeled unit in an historic, downtown Milford home! This one bedroom, one bath unit has a fold out sofa in the living room and comfortably sleeps 4.
**THERE IS NOT A FULL KITCHEN IN THIS UNIT, just a very basic kitchenette. There is a microwave, keurig coffee maker, refrigerator, and toaster available for your convenience.
Downtown Milford is a quaint and historic town. We have many restaurants and shops and a fantastic Farmers Market on Saturday mornings from May to October.
Milford is 15 minutes away from Slaughter Beach and about 25 minutes from Rehoboth Beach. We are also close to Cape Henlopen State Park and Killens Pond State Park.
For the sports enthusiast we are 15 minutes from DE Turf and about 20 minutes from Sports at the Beach in nearby Georgetown.
Central downtown location. Easily walkable to shops and restaurants, a guide is available in the unit for your convenience.
No parties and no more than 4 individuals can stay in this unit at one time. Smoking only allowed on the outside patio, and please do not discard cigarette butts on the ground, please use provided container.

This property is very comfortable. My only suggestion is that in the Annabel Lee room is to install blinds. During the summer it starts to get light out at 5am. The sheer blinds to not provide any blockage or shade from the light. I was not able sleep beyond 5am during my stay. I never got a full nights sleep.

The unit is tiny but knowing we wouldn’t be spending much time there, it was fine for our use. I liked that we could walk to locations in town. Her directions for use were very clear and precise.

The space has 3 full bedrooms and a full bath upstairs. A common living room space and dining area. The art work is hand selected and unique to the space. Some art work and decor may be too scary for young children.
There are stairs to the 2nd floor that are steep. Keep in mind this is an historic house built in the late 1800's.
