This property was awesome. It was clean, welcoming, and cozy with little touches from the host that made a difference. The communication from the host was top notch throughout the entire experience! The driving directions made it easy and no stress to navigate. The binder of local information that was provided was invaluable and helped us plan our day trips into town. We had a wonderful time enjoying the hot tub and fire pit. The setting and surrounding area was beautiful and peaceful. Will definitely be back!

This cabin is cozy, comfortable, beautiful furnished, well equipped, and the front porch was amazing to sit, look at trees, listen to nature, and relax! The beds and linens are top notch. It felt remote but the town is 5 minutes away! Katie was very responsive and gave a great list of recommendations for the area. Being able to bring our dog was a priority and he loved it too.

Property was extremely clean and very well maintained. Everything was updated and modern. Screened in back porch was super clean and great for dining outside without the bugs. Plenty of firewood for campfires at the firepit. Hot tub was clean and well maintained. Location was great for seeing Cacapon State Park (15 min drive) and downtown Berkeley Springs (6 min drive). We would highly recommend this property.

This was a lovely place in a wooded area perfect for a relaxing weekend. The hot tub was wonderful, we used the fire pit as well. Plenty of room for everyone. The roads to get to the home are a little bit rough, I do not recommend trying to traverse it with a low clearance vehicle. Check with local businesses to make sure they are open before heading out, many have closed.

What a lovely stay my family and I had! It’s an open air, beautifully designed home that is set in the middle of the forest. It’s incredibly clean and well taken care of. Our family especially enjoyed the fire pit and the stars at night, the comfortable leather sofas, and the hot tub. One note and they do mention this in the description - the road to get to the home is dirt and gravel and the driveway is gravel and a bit steep, not bad. Our one car is a Prius and we were fine because we took our time and the weather was dry. We would highly recommend this stay.

A genuinely beautiful property. Quiet, very comfortable, beautiful, well equipped and very peaceful…so much so that we never left the property during our entire stay! We loved everything about the cabin and felt it met all of our needs. The day of our arrival there was a beautiful albino deer (not a piebald) watching us. It was a wonderful sign of a great trip!
