Take home unique products made here to remember your stay with us. Make great gifts and reasonably priced. And we’re pet friendly! There is a pet fee and they need to be leashed 😉. No need to bring bottled water. Everything has been covered with our state of the art purification system. Coffee, tea, and sugar are provided.

Want a different type of place to stay? This is the place! Indoors is just what you expect, but outside, goats, chickens and two loveable dogs are hanging out. Hosts are so nice and helpful. Th picture on the tv disappeared, and by the time we got back from our little trip, there was a brand new one already there. Don't forget to get some fresh eggs and homemade soap or lotion either before you leave.

This was such a wonderful place to stay for a few days! The house was spotless and very comfortable. We were able to relax and slept well on the cozy beds. Fully equipped kitchen had all we needed to prepare simple meals. There are goats, chickens and 2 very friendly dogs on the property that were fun to see and fresh eggs are just for the asking!The property is just 5 minutes from Allegany where there are restaurants and stores yet you felt out in the country enjoying the peace and quiet. Chuck and Angela were so kind and thoughtful and very responsive to any questions we might have. A severe thunderstorm impacted the power for a few hours and they came right over with an oil lamp and candles!

Such a great spot! Easy, hospitable check in, quiet, clean and relaxing space to decompress after our adventures. There’s so much that NY has to offer and I love visiting this state! I hope EMRD hosts us again because I will definitely be back at this spot for sure. We miss the animals already!

We had such a wonderful stay! Our family lives in Allegany, but we needed an extra place to stay due to how many of us were in town for graduation, and we’re so glad we stayed here! Angela was the sweetest host; we enjoyed getting to talk with her as she was out and about tending to the farm. Highlights: Friendly hosts (including the four-legged ones), holding the baby goats, fresh eggs, and how quiet and peaceful it was.The house was very comfortable. We would definitely stay again, and we will be sure to come visit when we’re in town even if we’re not staying the night!

Angela was the best hostess I have ever had. All I felt was comfort and warmth. The farm is beautiful and super clean and you can tell how much she loves her animals. The place was perfect and very clean. I strongly recommend staying here!!! Don’t miss out.

If you want a property where you can have privacy and on a working farm, here’s the place. Hosts are easy to communicate with, nice rec area with ping pong table, huge dining/living room and GOATS!!!!!
