Owner is very caring and welcoming. Love seeing the farm animals daily and the ping pong table was used daily by the teenagers. Will stay again when visiting family again. Amazing stay
This is an adorable spot to be when visiting our Bonaventure students! Angela was a wonderful host, very gracious and attentive when needed! Thank you!
Angela was the best hostess I have ever had. All I felt was comfort and warmth. The farm is beautiful and super clean and you can tell how much she loves her animals. The place was perfect and very clean. I strongly recommend staying here!!! Don’t miss out.

If you want a property where you can have privacy and on a working farm, here’s the place. Hosts are easy to communicate with, nice rec area with ping pong table, huge dining/living room and GOATS!!!!!
We brought my elderly parents back to NY for a visit. Our stay was so peaceful and clean, and our hosts were very gracious in accommodating our needs. It was great!
Property owners and house are great. We stayed for a ski weekend and it is an easy 25 min. drive to Holiday Valley. There is plenty of room, very clean, and the ping pong table kept us busy in the evenings. There are goats, chickens, and an awesome dog. We would definitely stay again.

You guys were just great. It pleased me so much to see your son playing with our dog. 😊. Be well until we see you again!!
We stayed here just for one night after a long day of skiing at holiday valley resort. It was a quick 30 minute drive from the resort and it exceeded our expectations! The pictures don’t do it justice with how spacey it is inside, and super cozy! We loved meeting the hosts pups and walking around the property in the morning to visit with the goats. Angela was so sweet and was very easy to communicate with. We will definitely book again in the future for our next ski trip!

You guys were fabulous guests. We love it when people enjoy what we offer. And you left the place immaculate. Please do, as often as you like!
Our hosts of this spacious facility presented lovely fresh farm eggs at our door each morning. The ability to handle the adorable baby goats made this trip memorable!
Would highly recommend for families that would like to introduce their children to farm living!
