With two bathrooms, each equipped with a refreshing shower, guests can enjoy added convenience and comfort. The apartment stays cozy with heating, making it a superb retreat no matter the season. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or simply enjoying some quiet time, this serene spot offers a welcoming atmosphere.

Located on small working “farmette”, with dogs (greeters) , chickens (for viewing or fresh eggs), and goats (petting? And homemade goat milk soaps and lotions).

Had an excellent experience, easy flexible check in, very friendly and helpful host. Clean, brand new home. Close by to Allegany State Park, Olean, plenty to do nearby. Very peaceful and quiet but near the town.

Very friendly Host. Very nice location and very nicely designed. Will definitely stay here again. Loved the welcoming community of Night & Lady the black labs. Very friendly and listened very well. And can’t forget Chip the goat. Chickens in the yard was a nice country setting. Was a perfect stay for us. Thank you Angela & Chuck.

I wish there were more stars to give!The property is exquisite and the house brand new. There is nothing more you’d want or need staying here. The animals and experience being on the farm brought us serenity and peace. Chuck and Angela are the most wonderful hosts who have become friends. We are truly blessed to have stayed at the Barndominium!

Host very accommodating and easy to work with. Very sweet lady. There is no AC in house. Bedrooms have fans and it was a cooler night so opened window. Suggestion to host maybe put ceiling fans in living room and kitchen to keep the air flowing through. Need TV’s in bedrooms. The place was gorgeous inside and outside. The host put a lot of thought into the house.

Angela and Chuck are excellent hosts, and the property is unique. Knight and Lady (black labs) are great greeters, and the goats and chickens provide just enough farm atmosphere. The new building has such thoughtful touches.We highly recommend checking out the Barndominium!
