The Stilt Studio is a modern retreat just steps from campus and all things central to Bryan/College Station. Located just 1000 feet from the campus golf course and a short 25 minute walk to Kyle Field.

The studio is well appointed with everything you need to relax, cook a meal, enjoy coffee on the deck or take a dip in the neighborhood pool.

The bedroom has a Queen size bed. Two twin size cots are available.

The rental was clean and decorated nicely! I appreciated the little extras that were available like sodas and coffee, soap dispensers in the bathroom... It is located very close to the University! I will stay here again in the future.

Tiny and charming

Very sweet and charming studio apartment. Literally on stilts over a carport so the entire apartment sways in the wind. It was perfect for me & my daughter traveling for a softball tournament. Clean and well stocked with everything you need (including coffee!).

Aggieland Stay

A wonderful comfortable stay while visiting my son in College Station. I was pleasantly surprised with the bath soap and shampoo dispenser. Also the coffee bar set up was nice to have for morning coffee time. Will stay here again.
