Private furnished ROOM. Great for a getaway,
Queen size bed, with the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. WI-FI plus fire stick to relax with great movies after your runarounds. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave toaster, Keri, rice cooker, dishes, etc. You supply your spices. Your own fridge to keep your produce fresh and ready to eat and cook. This is a quiet neighborhood. You will have
parking in the driveway and shopping markets nearby. Access to Freeway 101N/S Westgate 15min away. Peoria Complex 15min away.

I must add and let me be clear I ONLY welcome 👉35+ responsible individuals who can provide legal ID (drivers license as proof of age). You would have to message me a pic through VRBO app I will encrypt after I have verified 👈These are my regulations for a safe stay. My preference is from experience.

I did have another room available with full-length mirrors if required during your stay, and regarding the mini fridge, I genuinely believe the fully stocked refrigerator in the pantry was well-provisioned with extras, including water, juices, wine, and other items, all of which you were more than welcome to consume.

My expectations were met... and exceeded!! Immaculately clean and attractively decorated home; comfortable bed. Easy access to kitchen to prepare and eat meals. Hostess was very friendly and accommodating. Located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to Hwy 60. I would check this offering's availability for future stays !!

I have six fur babies and foster 2 they are well mannered.Keep in mind you are coming into their space so a little introduction of yapping will follow nevertheless once they know your a guest their life continues lol.
