No additional guests outside of registered party will be allowed onsite without prior approval. Quiet hours are 10:00pm - 7am.
Using the public pier next door, swimming pool, beach, or swimming in the ocean is all at your own risk. We are not liable for injuries.
No sun block or tanning oils/lotions on our furniture or linens. All damages will be charged at 150% replacement/ repair cost.
