No A/C in South Florida

Don’t stay here if you’d like Air Conditioning, or making noise at all. We stayed here for Christmas with our family. First day we called and they had the A/C looked at. Then they ignored our phone calls when it not longer worked the next day. No A/C in south Florida, along with the roaches in the kitchen, made for a horrible vacation. Plus no cleaning supplies. Don’t stay here!! Oh and the neighbors hate renters and have signs everywhere.

This is a false and retaliatory review. The guests were very obnoxious, yelled and were very loud screaming profanities in the pool area that generated several complaints from the neighbors. We asked them several times to tone it down. The issue with AC was a hoax as the guests turned down the AC after we asked them to be more respectful to the neighbors. We called the service for the AC while the guests were there and nothing out of ordinary was found. The AC was and is working fine. We don’t have roaches as we clean the place regularly , and have pest control every month.
