Adorable beach cottage centrally located for easy access to all Narragansett's hot spots. As you enter into the home, you are greeted into a nautical living room that opens up into a dining area (seats 6) and fully equipped galley kitchen. Down the hall you will find a full bath (shower/tub combo) and the 3 bedrooms. The primary ensuite bedroom has a half bath and queen bed. The other two bedrooms are comfortably sized, one with full bed and one with a queen. Each bedroom has a a/c window unit and ceiling fan to keep you cool. There is also a finished basement with two additional bonus rooms, full bathroom and washer/dryer. This home allows sleeping space for 8-10 persons between the 3 bedrooms and 2 bonus rooms.

The outdoor space is the highlight of this property with tastefully manicured grounds! Off the dining area/kitchen there are glass sliders that lead you to the spacious deck and fenced in backyard. For those warm summer nights, enjoy alfresco dining after grilling up your favorite summer BBQ meals. The backyard is perfect for yard games or just relaxing after a sun soaked day at the beach.

Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation, cleaning and linen fee, and all applicable state and local tax.
