We had a wonderful stay at this property. We were 7 adults and 2 young children and we were very comfortable. A small beach located a ten-minute walk on the Narrow River was ideal for the two children. General location is very good, close to the beaches and Narragansett. Overall, we were very happy with our experience.
We had a great stay. Property is close to the road but air conditioning units and fenced back yard make it easy to forget the road proximity. It was an easy drive to narragansett beach and small issues we reported to the owner were answered promptly. House was clean and cool. Would recommend.
We were the first guests of the season and not everything was in top shape but that didn’t affect our stay. The location of this house is perfect and the value is great. The owners were very easy to communicate with and accommodating. If all you need is a comfortable place to stay for the family with easy access to everything, this is your house. No big bells and whistles but who needs them? I would rather spend my money on activities than lodging. There is an outdoor shower for the beach trips and a fenced in backyard if you have little ones. Plenty of beds and room for a big family, great local coffee shops, bakeries and restaurants close by. Would recommend.
I would definitely use this rental again if/when I return to the area.
