Estepona Centro

Very pleasant 2 bed apartment. Well situated in the Calle Parque Central which is only a few minutes walk to the sea front, 10 minute walk to the Old Town & a 20 minute walk to the port. Very well equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Met by the host within a few minutes of the agree time.

Pillows in bedroom was very poor.and towels not great quality But everything else was lovely and comfortable thanks.would stay again if sort out pillows.

Happy place.

As advertised and described. All amenities withen ten minute walk. Quiet residential area, enjoyed watching the dog walking groups, from the comfort of the balcony. Community, friendly feel to the place. Only negative and not a big one, an ironing board wouldnt go amiss.

Excelente localizacion y apartamento!

Nuestra estancia en este apartamento solo puedo calificarla de excelente! La cumunicacion con los hosts fue muy fluida y amable las dos veces que les comunicamos una duda. el apartamento en si lo mantienen muy limpio, todos los electro domesticos funcionan muy bien. La localizacion es perfecta como lo explica en la descripcion, es un area muy tranquila y sin peligro, de noche puedes dormir con toda paz por que no hay ruidos, lo unico es el parking es un poco dificil pero hay municip[al parking muy cerca. Nosotros recomendamos este alquiler por que lo volveria a rentar para mi familia y yo.

Wir sind mit der Wohnung im allgemeinen zufrieden gewesen, obwohl die Ausstattung hat uns nur mäßig befriedigt. 1. Verbesserungsvorschlag, Wäsche wurde im drei Wochen kein einziges Mal ausgetauscht, obwohl es vereinbart war. Verlässlichkeit nur mäßig. Obwohl Reinigung in den drei Wochen laut Mietvertrag nicht vereinbart war. Würde es sich empfehlen! 2. Die Elektrogeräte vor allem Spülmaschine und Wäschemaschine sind veraltet. 3. Der W-Lan in der Wohnung ist sehr gut aber den Empfang der TV-nich

Great Estepona Location

The property was as advertised. Perfect location to sneak into Old Town, 8 minute walk to all the restaurants. The beach is just another minute beyond that. Also, easy to get on the main highway for a quick trip to Marbella or Gibraltar. Good location!

Appartement très bien situé au centre d'Estepona et à proximité de la plage. On a bcp marché :-) Tout le confort, excellente literie, spacieux. Seul bémol : isolation acoustique; voisins bruyants côté salle de bains et chambre. On recommande.

Kommunikation im Vorfeld gleich Null

Das Buchungsprozedere war nervend. Obwohl unverzüglich die gesamte Zahlung geleistet wurde, erhielten wir keine Bestätigung , sondern immer wieder elektronische Mahnungen (Zahlung innerhalb von 24 Std. u.ä.) durch das computergesteuerte Programm. Keine unsere Anfragen wurde beantwortet! Bis kurz vor Ankunft erhielten wir trotz vieler Anfragen, Mails, Telefonate usw. keine Auskunft, wie und wann die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgen sollte. Auch nach erfolgen Verlängerung des Aufenthaltes erhielten wir mehrere Telefonate, die von dieser Verlängerung und der erneuten Zahlung nicht wussten und nochmals um die Nr. der XXX baten.
