The host answered questions quickly and the home was thankfully warm when we arrived. The beds were comfortable and the house had everything we needed. Just wish I could have found a hairdryer. I would definitely rent the house again.

My family stayed in this house for my nephew’s wedding. The location was great. The house had a large pool which we enjoyed very much. The house has many updates and was very clean and nice. We had a wonderful stay

Perfectly Located

This large house had everything we needed with plenty of room to spread out. Located just 2 blocks from a wonderful park with walking path, the baseball museum and 3 fun restaurants. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Girl's Weekend

This was a great place for our girl's weekend. The weather cooperated and we were able to enjoy the pool, sit on the front porch with an evening cocktail, and because of the quiet neighborhood we were able to sleep in! It was just what we needed and wanted.

July 4th Fun

We enjoyed our stay at this house while we had fun at the Field of Dreams. The pool was used by everyone. This is an older property and it was nice inside.

Great remodeled home in Dyersville

Great house- plenty of space. Everything was very clean. We stayed over Easter weekend so pool was empty. Not sure if it’s functional based on the looks of it. We have family that lives in Dyersville so we would definitely stay here again when visiting them.

the house is nice, but it needs some upkeep- the paint is peeling outside mostly, the plants are overgrown. They tried to do more of a face lift inside, but it makes it slightly odd- there is no AC upstairs except for one window unit in the "workout room" so the bedroom attached to that is cool. the others are warmer, and if you close the doors they get very hot- and we were not even there when it was super hot. there are no shades on most of the windows on the main floor- so it feels very exposed, and not all the windows lock. now could be this is a super safe area and I am just a city gal, but I would expect the windows to lock! the pool is ok- it could use some upkeep also- the floor is peeling in places, the diving board is broken, but it is functional enough and my kids had a good time in it. the other thing is- I dont know if this is vrbo or the owner but when we got our "get ready for your trip" email it said dyersville indiana- which confused us! we messaged the owner and never heard back!!!! the pluses of this house- they supplied toilet paper, and washing machine pods- so we could wash and dry the pool towels as needed. the kitchen was remodeled and it is nice- though there was food in the freezer left from who knows when.... there were also a few garbage bags but no paper towels. All in all we managed with this and my kids walked away with a nice vacation, I just think that we expected it to be a little nicer considering it was not super cheap.

We were in town for a wedding and it was a perfect place for my wife and I. Much larger than necessary for just the two of us, so if you're bringing friends and family, there will be plenty of room. Awesome central location in town too, just inside walking distance to downtown if that's necessary as well.
