This beautifully renovated home provides a nice view of river and falls located next to city park, walking trail, downtown Cascade with restaurants, bars, bakery and shops. Relax on front porch or on back deck while grilling. Provides spacious living area including living room, fully furnished kitchen with island and dining area. Bedrooms are located on second floor, one of which has it’s own private bath. Nice hardwood floors and trim.
Cascade, Iowa is a small Midwestern town with amenities for everyone including; historic buildings, fine shops and great eateries. Special social events are held throughout the year.
Cascade is only 20 miles from the Field of Dreams in Dyersville, Iowa, 25 miles from the City of Dubuque, Iowa, 25 miles from Sundown Mountain Ski Resort, 40 miles from Historic Galena, Illinois and 59 miles from Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
