This beautifully renovated home provides a nice view of river and falls located next to city park, walking trail, downtown Cascade with restaurants, bars, bakery and shops. Relax on front porch or on back deck while grilling. Provides spacious living area including living room, fully furnished kitchen with island and dining area. Bedrooms are located on second floor, one of which has it’s own private bath. Nice hardwood floors and trim.
Cascade, Iowa is a small Midwestern town with amenities for everyone including; historic buildings, fine shops and great eateries. Special social events are held throughout the year.

House was very clean and had everything needed for an enjoyable stay in the town of Cascade. The house is a short 20 minute drive to Dyersville, where we played in a baseball tournament at the Field of Dreams. We enjoyed the house and the small town where it is located.

Perfect!

This house was perfect for our trip! It was very clean and newly renovated. It is just as described in the listing. Cascade is a cute little town with some restaurants, shops and park within walking distance.

Charming Cascade Home

We cannot say enough good things about this lovely home. It was located on the main road, next to the river with gorgeous views. The home was stocked with cleaning supplies, linens and even coffee!!! The hosts made check in a breeze and were very responsive to messages. I can’t wait to be in Cascade again! This home made our stay even better. 😊

Charming house

This is a charming, beautifully restored and updated older home on Cascade's main street, right next to the soothing river. It is very clean and comfortable and within walking distance of downtown. My sister and I are in our 70's so we found the stairs a bit challenging.

Listing was exactly as described. New park and 1/2 mile bike path nearby. 20 minutes to Dyersville, great for families participating in baseball tournaments. Try Miami’s BBQ AND Cheryl’s coffee shop.

Family visit to Cascade

We had an absolutely fantastic stay in this beautiful home in Cascade. It is perfectly located adjacent to downtown. The photos of the home online didn’t do it justice! It is immaculate, comfortable and has all the modern conveniences while maintaining the historic charm. Not sure if the highlight was waking up to the view of the river and sounds of the falls or ending the day sitting on the front porch listening to live music at the park across the road….We can’t wait to come back!

Wefell in love with the town. Friendlyand this beautiful home was within walking distance to everthing. It was rightnext to the river and across the street from a park. A walking/bike path right close by as well. Bakery, bars and restaurants just right up the road. The home had spacious rooms and was very clean. Safe area

We have stayed here before because of the ideal location and quality of the place. It is roomy and the multiple bedrooms is ideal for our family. The river next door with the cascades to lull you to sleep is a fantastic bonus.

The house was absolutely perfect! We were in town to see Tim McGraw at Field of Dreams and quite honestly we could have just stayed there and enjoyed the little town of Cascade and the home. We enjoyed looking through the old picture books and even did one of the puzzles Jacquie and Herb had out for the guests. Each room is so beautifully decorated and clean. It was nice to be able to meet Herb and chat with him. If we ever make it that way again, this is the place to stay!

It was a lovely building, clean and neat as could be a beautiful little town. We found plenty of things to do although the boat ride canceled on us because we were the only participants. I would stay there again if I can talk my sisters into it.
