Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. Attention: the chimney visible on the photos is not usable.

ruhige Insel, ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen

Wir hatten dort schöne Tage und konnten bei frischem, aber trockenen Wetter auch öfter auf der Terrasse sitzen. Hier wünschte man sich aber, dass der nette Garten und die Terrasse mit etwas mehr Aufwand gepflegt würden. Eine nette Sitzgruppe, eine saubere und gekärcherte Terrasse, alles wären keine großen Investitionen! Das Haus hat alles, was man in den Ferien braucht, aber auch hier könnte etwas gründlicher geputzt werden, vor allem in den diversen Schubladen in der Küche und auch in den Kommoden der Schlafzimmer. An heißen Sommertagen wird es vermutlich stickig unterm Dach, wir hatten aber eine frische Woche bei ca.20C. Man kann gut zu Fuß in den Ort steigen, bis zum Meer ist es schon ein Stück. Eine schöne Gegend, nette Orte, insgesamt zu empfehlen.

Mauvaise expérience

Cette maison ne devrait pas être mise en location car elle n'est pas entretenue ( serrure cassée, le mitigeur de la baignoire est cassé, le flux de l'eau est très faible. La chaudière est à changer. Il fait très chaud dans les chambres et les ventilateurs sont petit, vieux, bruyant et surtout plein de poussière. La maison mérite donc une rénovation complète et un grand ménage car il y a beaucoup de poussière. Les plus : la localisation et le jardin.

Très belle maison pour les vacances

Très belle maison à proximité de la mer. Il est très facile de s’y garer. Cependant, les chambres étant mansardées, il y faisait trop chaud la nuit malgré les ventilateurs. Attention aux fourmis, il ne fallait rien laisser à l’extérieur du frigo.

Quaint and quirky

An interesting property tucked away in a quiet little street within easy walking distance of the Town centre, although up hill on the way back. Bedrooms upstairs, bathroom and WC downstairs. Needed the fan in the bedroom as very hot summer evenings.

Charmante maison. Confortable et agréable.

Maison et mobilier "ancien" plein de charme. On a l'impression d'être "chez soi". Parfait pour une famille de 3 personnes. Jardin privatif agréable et bien pratique quand on a un enfant de 3 ans. Quartier calme et proche du centre ville. Aucun souci pour garer la voiture devant la maison. Je recommande cette adresse.

We hebben een heerlijke week achter de rug. 10 minuten lopen van het centrum. Verblijf was prima ingericht. Authentiek Frans. Ruim genoeg met een privé tuin. Aandachtspunt om te noemen is het tuinmeubilair. De kunststof stoelen mogen wel eens vervangen worden. Dat is het enige kritieke punt wat we kunnen benoemen. Verblijf was zeer schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. We gaan zeker een keer terugkomen.

dans l'ensemble très bien, petit bémol, l'escalier un peu dangereux pour un enfant( en bas age)sur le milieu avec un espace vide sur le coté et une fenêtre juste en bas de la première partie de l'escalier.

+ Lage, Haus für 4 Personen groß genug - Garten ungepflegt, überall lieft Fallobst herum, Wespen usw. natürlich da. - Haus wirkt schmuddelig, Türen lassen sich kaum schliessen, - keine Gartenmöbel für die Terrasse, auf Anfrage im "Seitenhaus", das allerdings durch das Fallobst nicht zu erreichen war - WC mit dem Stromkasten auf der Seite ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß Haben auf alle Mängel vor Ort aufmerksam gemacht, die Reaktion ist bescheiden.

Ein kleines Paradies

Wir suchten eine Unterkunft mit Garten und wurden hier fündig. Das Haus ist alt und entsprechend eingerichtet, aber durchaus geschmackvoll. Vom Zentrum muss man eine steile Straße bergan, aber man ist wirklich in wenigen Minuten in der Stadt und in 20 Minuten am Strand.
