Welcome to the Comforts' Inn Desert Oasis where you can enjoy fun in the sun with all the comforts of home! Our vibrant & modern home is centrally located, making it easy to access and explore the Valley of the Sun! Comfortable indoor & outdoor spaces have been professionally designed to help you relax with the whole family...complete with a pool to cool off in!

The Space

Our home is fully equipped and stocked with all the comforts of home, helping to make your stay as comfortable and care-free as possible. The main living space is an open concept with plenty of natural light coming through the windows. A large flat screen TV comes with cable and WiFi connectivity to access all your favorite streaming apps.

You will find the kitchen has everything you need to prepare a home cooked meal, plus a dishwasher to help with cleanup! There is also a coffee maker, tea kettle and toaster to make your mornings a little easier.

This home has AC and there are ceiling fans in each room to help air flow during the summer months.

There are two en-suite bedrooms, both with king size plush hybrid mattresses, TVs and walk-in closets. There are two other bedrooms, one has a queen size plush hybrid mattress and the other with two twin plush hybrid mattresses. All rooms have operable windows to catch a breeze from that refreshing spring air!

You will find the bathrooms fully stocked with cozy towels and extra amenities for your convenience. We have provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash to help clean up after a day in the pool!

The backyard is ready for a pool BBQ with family and friends! Catch some rays on the pool loungers or enjoy dinner under our beautiful desert sunsets with all the outdoor seating options available! We provide a propane grill (with the propane) and fluffy pool towels to dry off with! Our yard is fully enclosed with a property fence along with a pool fence for the safety of kids & pets. We recently added a pool heat pump to extend the swimming season, and there's no additional charge for this amenity!

Things to note:
*Due to recent damages and guests neglecting house rules regarding their pets, we are now implementing a $50 pet fee.
*Dogs only, no cats please! If your dog is not house broken, please keep them in a kennel. There are two sizes provided for your convenience in the garage.
*2 dog maximum.
*Please, clean up after your pets! Bags have been conveniently provided for you.
*NO ANIMALS ON FURNITURE, if your pet cannot be left alone or stay off the furniture, a kennel is available for your use.
*Do not hang pool towels on pool fence, there have been towel hooks provided for you.
*LATE CHECK-OUT will automatically incur a $150 charge (unless previously agreed upon).
Guest access
Guests will have full access to the entire home.
Other things to note
The entrance is monitored on the exterior with a Ring Doorbell camera for the safety of our house and our guests.
