We loved the house, plenty of space for all 16 of us. Short walk to the beach which was great!!! The pool was nice when the kids needed a break from the beach!!!I would highly recommend this house, we had a wonderful week, lots of memories!!!

We stayed at this property September 8 to September 11, 2026. This property was able to accommodate my siblings and their spouses for our Fall get-together. The communication with the host was excellent. It was very nice to have an elevator since our ages were 70 to 85. Some suggestions are: it would be nice to have a cart to take chairs and umbrellas to the beach since the access had no stairs and was just a sandy path. The owners might consider replacing the couch on the second floor to make it more inviting. The kitchen was well stocked, however an electric griddle would have been nice. Thank you for providing such a nice place to gather. The ocean water was refreshing and so was the pool!

Great house! Suburb location! Short walk to the beach! House had everything you could ever want or need. Lots of parking, views were spectacular of the ocean and the sound! The kids had a blast at the pool! Plenty of pool toys in laundry room, if you forgot to bring some. Had a few small problems, but they were fixed within an hour. Would definitely rent this house again!

This is the second time I rented this home. Joyce and her maintenance staff were awesome as always. The owner needs to update ( example would be an hot water tank that can offer enough hot water so the jacuzzi can be filled with hot water) and fix things that is wrong with that home ( garage door is broken) . That being said Joyce and the maintenance crew are awesome. Extremely responsive to any problems we had. Concerned with issues that arose. They are the reason I’m given it four stars instead of two or three. If it wasn’t for them, it would be a much lower rating.

We had such a great stay, even though it rained the whole time! The home was beautiful and the outside balconies were amazing — the view was stunning no matter the weather. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, which made it easy for all of us to spend time together and relax indoors. It was the perfect spot for a cozy, peaceful getaway. We’d love to come back and enjoy it again when the sun is out!

Fabulous Home with Sound and Sea Views

This beautiful property was perfect for a family and friends vacation. We had plenty of room for kids and adults to spread out and places to spend time together as well. We were perfectly located with just a short drive to restaurants, grocery stores and beach stores. We love this home!
