Access to private ramp, easy dry storage for small boat or jetski, kayaks available for watersports and plenty of parking space for 2 or 3 vehicles. Great yard to relax, read, drink, fry your favorite fish or watch the stars at night. Canal access if you prefer to launch your boat or jetski at the ramp and hang out at a local spot.
